تصویر سازی ژئوپلیتیک آمریکا در شمال سوریه

تصویر سازی ژئوپلیتیک مفهومی بسیار گسترده تر از بازنمائی کشورها در خصوص ماموریت‌های ملی، تحدید قلمروئی و کدهای ژئوپلیتیک کشورها می‌باشد که با سطوح تهدید سرزمینی و هویتی جهان آشوب زده، این مفهوم در سیاست‌های خارجی کشورها، برجسته‌تر می‌نماید. در این راستا، هویت و اسطوره‌های ملی ایالات متحده آمریکا که بر پایه دیگری ترسیم شده است، تصویر سازی ژئوپلیتیکی این کشور را در مناطق مختلف جهان بوجود آورده است. اشغال عراق و حوادث مترتب بر آن مانند ظهور گروههای تروریستی در خاورمیانه، حضور متعارض آمریکایی‌ها در منطقه را رقم زد. عقب نشینی از مناطق شمال و شمال شرق سوریه و انفعال در برابر عملیات هایی مانند شاخه زیتون و چشمه صلح ترکیه در اکتبر 2019، نمودی از تصویر سازی ژئوپلیتیک ایالات متحده آمریکا در حوزه‌های غیر استراتژیک می‌باشد. مبنای نظری این تحقیق تصویر سازی و گفتمان ژئوپلیتیک تاریخی آمریکا است که با واکاوی تاریخی از ساختار گفتمانی و ژئوپلیتیکی این کشور، دلایل حضور و تناقض گفتمانی این تصویر سازی در شمال سوریه و عقیم بودن گفتمان تاریخی آن را ترسیم می‌نماید.

USA Geopolitical Imagination in North Syria

Geopolitical imagination is a very broad concept of countries’ representations of national missions, territorial delimitation, and geopolitical codes, with the levels of territorial threat and world identity, this concept is more prominent in the foreign policy of countries. In this regard, the national identity and myths of the United States drawn on the basis of other, Geopolitical imagination has created this country in different parts of the world. Following the 9/11 and related events, such as the crisis in Iraq and the collapse of terrorist groups in the Middle East, the presence of Americans in the region increased and conflicted. Withdrawal from Syria’s northeast and northeast regions and inaction against operations such as the Olive Branch and Peace Fountain in October 2019 by turkey against Syrian Kurds is a reflection of the geopolitical imagination of the United States in nonstrategic areas. This research answers the question of whether geopolitical imagination has shaped US foreign policy in recent years in the Middle East and specifically the Syrian crisis. an historical analysis of the discourse and geopolitical structure of the country illustrates the discourse of the discourse of this depiction in northern Syria and the sterility of its historical discourse.
