اثر ناامنی هویتی ملی بر گسترش نئوتروریسم در خاورمیانه با تاکید بر کشور عراق

در عصر حاضر، همچنان نئوتروریسم مهمترین عامل شکل‌گیری ناامنی در نقاط مختلف خاورمیانه است. طی سالیان گذشته پژوهش‌های متنوعی با موضوع شناسایی دلایل شکل‌گیری و تشریح اشکال و ابعاد تروریسم انجام شده اما پژوهش‌ها و اقدامات موجود برای مهار تروریسم، همچنان از ورود به موضوع ناامنی هویتی کم بهره بوده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی و تحلیلی به دنبال یافتن پاسخ این سوال است که؛ ناامنی هویتی ملی چه تاثیری بر گسترش نئوتروریسم در خاورمیانه داشته است؟ به نظر می‌رسد؛ به دلیل نقش بنیادین هویت به‌ویژه هویت «مذهبی» در طراحی پلان‌های هویتی در خاورمیانه، میان ناامنی هویتی، خلل در استمرار روایت‌های مذهبی و گسترش نئوتروریسم رابطه مهمی برقرار است. برای آزمایش این فرضیه، کشور عراق به عنوان عرصه پژوهش انتخاب شده است. این رابطه بیان می‌دارد که انتخاب گزینشی اجزاء روایت بیوگرافیک و ره‌گیری مطلق آن توسط کنشگران مذهبی در داخل عراق، ضمن ایجاد ناامنی هویتی، موجب آغاز یا تشدید اضطراب ناشی از شرم در باور و رفتار بازیگران داخلی، ره‌گیری سیاست کسب شرافت و در اثری به‌نظر ناخواسته، سبب گسترش نئوتروریسم در عراق شده است.

The Impact of National Identity Insecurity on the Development of Neoterrorism in the Middle East with an Emphasis on Iraq

Despite the relative weakening and destruction of systematic and logistics cores of ISIS and AlNusra in Iraq and Syria, the crisis of neoterrorism still can lead to insecurity in different parts of the Middle East. Over the past years, various researches have been conducted to identify the reasons for the formation and formulation of the forms and dimensions of terrorism. In line with these studies, measures have been taken or are in place at the governments and international level or to restrict terrorist acts. However, according to the researchers of the current study, existing researches and measures to control terrorism have not entered the realm ofidentity insecurity yet. Using a qualitative research method and descriptiveanalytic approach, the present study seeks to answer this question: What are the impacts on national identity insecurity on the development of neotourism in the Middle East? According to the authors, because of the fundamental role of religion innational identity planning in the Middle East,there is an important relationship between identity insecurity and disrupted continuity of religious narratives.This relationship suggests thatthe selection of componentsof biographical narratives and their full monitoring by religious activists inside Iraq, added to creating identity insecurity, has given rise to or exacerbated the anxiety caused by shame in the beliefs and behavior of domestic actors, monitored business integrity policy, and in a seemingly unplanned way, the development of neoterrorism in Iraq.
