چکیده
|
کشور ترکیه به علت قلمرو خواهی سرزمینی و هویتی در قالب یک گفتمان ژئوپلیتیک ، در صدد تعمیق و بسط هژمونی خود در فضاهاهای تجزیه شده ای می باشد که سابقاً قلمرو سرزمینی و یکی از مهمترین منابع انرژی این واحد جغرافیایی بوده و نوستالژی این قلمروها در حافظه تاریخی ترکها ، نقش بسته است . در فضای آنارشیک خاورمیانه ای ، ترکیه با استفاده از کارگزاری گروههای اسلام گرای سلفی درصدد عملیاتی نمودن نوستالژی مذکور و با استفاده از گفتمان ژئوپلیتیکی نو ظهور ، می باشد .این تحقیق با پاسخ به اینکه بسط ژئوپلیتیکی داعش در قلمرو سرزمینی و هویتی شیعیان و کردها در راستای گفتمان ژئوپلیتیکی ترکیه در منطقه مزوپوتامیا می باشد ، یه اثبات فرضیه خود پرداخته و با روشی تحلیلی – توصیفی و مبنای نظری ، نظریه پخش در پی نشان دادن بازی ژئوپلیتیک ترکیه با داعش می باشد. یافته های پژوهش نیز نشان می دهد که هدف اصلی ترکیه دسترسی به عمق استراتژیک و سرزمینی در بین النهرین شمالی و مخرج مشترک ترکیه و داعش را می توان تعارض با حوزه های شیعی/ کردی دانست .

Abstract
|
Turkey because the territory will land and identity in the form of a geopolitics discourse, seeks to deepen and extend its hegemony in separation space of the former territory of Turkey and one of the most important energy resources geographical unit and nostalgia for the following territories the historical memory of the Turks. In the anarchic Middle East, Turkey using agency of Salafist Islamist groups and seeking to operate selfnostalgia emerging geopolitical discourse are using their goals. This research answers to the geopolitical expansion of ISIS territory in identity and territory Shiites and Kurds and lead to Turkey's geopolitical discourse is Mesopotamia region, To prove their hypothesis, the geopolitical expansion of ISIS to Turkey's geopolitical discourse addressed in Mesopotamia.And an analytical descriptive and distribution theoretical basis, shows geopolitical game turkey with Isis.The results also show that the turkey main goal is access of strategic and territory depth in northern Mesopotamia And the common denominator Turkey and ISIS can be areas of conflict with the Shi'ite / Kurdish.
