بررسی و تحلیل تکاپوهای ایل‌ مُکری در مناسبات و تحولات سیاسی دوره‌ افشاریه و زندیه (1148-1210‌ق)

در سده دوازدهم هجری ایل کُرد مُکری، مهم ترین ایل ناحیه ساوجبلاغ مُکری بود. موقعیت جغرافیایی، ساختار اجتماعی و توان بالای جمعیتی به ایل مُکری این امکان را می داد که در تحولات سیاسی و اجتماعی محیط پیرامون خود نقش مهمی را ایفا کند. تکاپوهای این ایل در منطقه مُکریان، آنان را وارد مناسباتی چندسویه می کرد که ایلات و طوایف منطقه و قدرت مرکزی طرف‌های دیگر آن بودند. این تکاپوها ناحیه مُکریان را نقطه کانونی حوادث و تحولات متعددی ساخته بود. نوشتار پیش رو با روش توصیفی  تحلیلی می کوشد ضمن شناسایی تحولات درونی ایل مُکری، به تکاپوهای ایل مُکری در مناسبات و تحولات سیاسی دوره‌ حکومت‌های افشاریان و زندیان در سده‌ دوازده هجری بپردازد و بر پایه آنچه در منابع تاریخی سده دوازدهم بازتاب یافته (از حیث پایگاه اجتماعی و خاستگاه جغرافیایی) و همچنین با بهره گیری از تحقیقات جدید به تحلیل موضوع بپردازد.نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که ایل مُکری در دوره‌ حکومت‌های افشاریه و زندیه در صدد بوده از یک سو ضمن همکاری با حاکمیت مرکزی وارد عرصه قدرت شود و در نتیجه حاکمیت را به تامین امنیت، که از منظری کلان زمینه‌ساز تحصیل و تکثیر منافع آنان در منطقه مُکریان بود وادار کند و از سویی دیگر در شرایط ضعف حکومت مرکزی، سیاست فعال منطقه ای در پیش بگیرد تا با فراهم آوردن زمینه های لازم و کافی از جمله اتحاد با دیگر ایلات منطقه و مشارکت در صدر حاکمیت محلی  به جایگاه برتر و کانونی در منطقه دست یابد.

Staudy and Analysis of Ilmokri Endeavors in the Relations and Political Developments of the Afshari and Zandi Periods (1148-1210 AH

In the twelfth century AH, Ilmokri was the most important tribe in the Savojbolagh region. Geographical location, social structure and high population power allowed Mokri tribe to play an important role in the political and social developments of Savojbolagh and its surrounding region. The endeavors of this tribe in Mokrian region caused them to have multilateral relations and the central power and other tribes of the region were on the other side. These endeavors had made Savojbolagh Mokri and Mokrian area the focal point of countless events and developments. This descriptiveanalysis research not only examines the internal developments of Ilmokri but also studies the relations and political developments of Savojbolagh region during the rule of Afsharians and Zandians in the twelfth century AH. It analyzes the subject based on what is mentioned in the historical sources of the twelfth century (in terms of social status and geographical origin) as well recent investigations.   The results of the research show that in the era of Afshari and Zandiyeh governments, Ilmokri was trying to seize power while cooperating with the central government, and as a result, forced it to provide security in a region that increased the interests of the Mokri tribe. On the other hand, considering the weakness of the central government, it wanted to pursue an active regional policy in order to provide the necessary and sufficient grounds, including alliance with other tribes in the region and participation as the head of the local government to achieve a superior and central position in the Savojbolagh region
