اهمیت ژئواستراتژیک جنوب ایران (خلیج فارس) در منظومه منافع آمریکا در دوران جنگ جهانی دوم تا جنگ سرد

جنگ جهانی دوم، مانند جنگ اول، خیلی زود دامن ایران را نیز گرفت و علی‌رغم اعلام بی‌طرفی، موقعیت استراتژیک ایران برای کمک‌رسانی به شوروی برای غلبه بر آلمان زمینه‌ساز حضور نظامی سه قدرت بریتانیا، آمریکا و شوروی در خاک ایران و اشغال آن شد. حضور نظامی آمریکا در ایران نیز بیشتر از همین زاویه کمک به شوروی و تلاش برای تقویت کریدور تدارکاتی جبهه شوروی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است. مسئله پژوهش حاضر آن است که آیا حضور آمریکا در ایران تنها در راستای کمک به شوروی بوده است یا آمریکا با خروج از سیاست دکترین مونرو به‌صورت عملی در صدد ایفای نقشی فراتر از آن و در صدد بازیگری در مناطق مهم و استراتژیک جهان بوده است. در نوشتار حاضر با کاربست روش تحقیق تاریخی و استفاده از اسناد آمریکا، در صدد هستیم تا به زمینه‌ها و دلایل حضور این کشور در ایران در طی جنگ جهانی دوم پاسخ دهیم. فرض ما بر این امر ابتنا دارد که آمریکا با شناخت کافی از اهمیت استراتژیک ‌خلیج‌فارس در طی جنگ و همچنین فردای پس از جنگ برای حضور طولانی مدت برنامه‌ریزی کرده و بر آن اساس برنامه‌های خود را پیش برده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نیز حاکی از آن است که آمریکا با توسل به روش‌های مختلف ضمن متمایل کردن سیاستمداران ایران در گرایش به غرب، با تاسیس پایگاه و اعمال سیاست‌هایی برای جهت‌دهی به افکار عمومی در ایران برنامه بلندمدتی برای حضور در ‌خلیج‌فارس در پیش گرفته بود.

The Geostrategic Importance of the South of the Iran (Persian Gulf) in the US System of Interests During World War II to Cold

World War II, like World War I, despite its declaration of neutrality soon swamped Iran, its strategic position to help the Soviets overcome Germany paved the way for the British, US, and Soviet powers to occupy Iranian territory. The US military presence in Iran has been analyzed from the same perspective. As helping the Soviet Union and trying to strengthen the supply corridor of the Soviet front. The question of the paper is whether the US presence in Iran was merely to help the Soviet Union, or whether the US, by withdrawing from the policy of the Monroe Doctrine, was practically seeking to play a role beyond that and seek to play a role in important and strategic regions of the world. In this article, using the method of historical research and the use of American documents, we seek to answer the contexts and reasons for the presence of this country in Iran during World War II. Our assumption is based on the fact that the United States, with sufficient knowledge of the strategic importance of the Persian Gulf during the war and also the day after the war, planned for a longterm presence and proceeded accordingly. The findings of the study also indicate that the United States, using various methods while inclining Iranian politicians to the West, by establishing a base and implementing policies to orient public opinion in Iran, has a longterm plan to be present in the Persian Gulf.
