بررسی شیوه های شکل‌گیری انواع جرایم سایبری در فضای مجازی و راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن منطبق با صیانت اخلاقی

زمینه و هدف: بررسی شیوه های شکل گیری انواع  جرایم سایبری در فضای مجازی و راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن منطبق با صیانت اخلاقی است روش‌: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی شیوه های شکل گیری انواع  جرایم سایبری در فضای مجازی و راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن منطبق با صیانت اخلاقی است. روش‌ تحقیق این پژوهش اکتشافی از نظر‌هدف،‌‌کاربردی و از حیث شیوه اجرا، در زمرۀ پژوهش‌های‌آمیخته‌(کیفی-‌کمی) قرار دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در روش‌کیفی15 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان حوزه فضای مجازی و در روش‌کمی 58 نفر از فعالان و کارشناسان و اساتید متخصص در حوزه فضای مجازی و جرایم اینترنتی است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته های کیفی این پژوهش که از طریق مصاحبه‌ عمیق بدست آمده حاکی ازآن است که مخاطبین باید در حوزه آشنایی با جرایم فضای مجازی آموزش بیشتری ببیند. همچنین ‌برخی از مصاحبه شوندگان معتقد بودند نوع و شکل جرایم فضای مجازی دارای تنوع بوده لذا ‌باید نظارت بر فضای مجازی از لحاظ قانونی و محتوایی بیشتر باشد. این عده همگی اتفاق نظر‌ داشتند که در حوزه جرایم فضای مجازی‌ ضعف قوانین داریم. و همچنین یافته های کمی پژوهش نیز نشان می دهدکه نظر به مذهبی بودن جامعة ایران، شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌تواند ضمن تعمیق بخشیدن به اعتقادات دینی جوانان به روشی جدید، مشترکات بیشتری میان اعضای شبکه‌های اجتماعی تولید، بازآفرینی کند و باعث ایجاد آرامش شود.

context and purpose: is the examination of the methods of formation of various types of cybercrimes in the virtual space and its prevention strategies consistent with moral protection? method: the present study seeks to investigate the ways of forming various types of cybercrimes in the virtual space and the ways to prevent it in accordance with moral protection. the research method of this exploratory research is in the category of mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research in terms of its purpose, application, and implementation method. the statistical population of the research in the qualitative method is 15 experts and specialists in the field of cyberspace and in the quantitative method 58 people are activists, experts and professors specializing in the field of cyberspace and internet crimes. findings and conclusion: the qualitative findings of this research, obtained through in-depth interviews, indicate that the audience should receive more training in the area of ​​familiarity with cyberspace crimes. also, some of the interviewees believed that the type and form of cyberspace crimes are diverse, therefore, monitoring of cyberspace should be more legal and content-wise. these people all agreed that we have weak laws in the field of cyberspace crimes. also, the quantitative findings of the research show that considering the religiousness of the iranian society, social networks can, while deepening the religious beliefs of young people in a new way, create more commonalities among the members of social networks and create peace.
