فرایندهای مکتبی سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ناجا در چارچوب دولت‌سازی اسلامی با تاکید بر دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی)

زمینه و هدف: این نوشتار، جستاری است عموماً در موضوع دولت‌سازی اسلامی و خصوصاً پیرامون فرآیندهای مکتبی سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ناجا در چارچوب دولت اسلامی. در این مقاله از آیات و روایات و دیدگاه برخی صاحب نظران استفاده شده، ولی با توجه به عنوانِ آن، منبع اصلی، دیدگاه‌ها و رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری است. نوع پژوهش، کتابخانه‌ای و روش آن، توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. هدف، جمع بندی مطالب حول فرایندهای مکتبی‌ است که سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ناجا بایستی در جهت دولت‌سازی اسلامی از آن ها بهره‌مند گردد؛ و منظور، اجرای سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌هایی است که بتواند منویات رهبری انقلاب در مورد تحقق دولت اسلامی را در سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی نهادینه نماید. ابتدا مراحل پنجگانۀ انقلاب اسلامی توصیف، مبانی و اهداف دولت‌سازی تبیین، و شاخص‌های دولت اسلامی از نگاه رهبری بررسی شده است؛ سپس لزوم هماهنگی سازمان و باید و نبایدهای آن به عنوان یکی از نهادهای حکومت اسلامی مورد مداقّه قرار گرفته و در نهایت به چالش‌های احتمالی پیشِ رو پرداخته شده است. روش: نوع پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: اینک در مرحلۀ دولت‌سازی اسلامی هستیم و تمام نهادهای دولتی (به معنای عام) بایستی اقداماتی همگرا در این جهت معمول دارند. سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ناجا نیز می‌تواند و ضرورت دارد که با ملاحظاتی مدیریتی، علمی و اخلاقی این وظیفه و ماموریت خطیر را به انجام برساند.

background and objectives: this article is a general research on the subject of islamic state-building and especially on the school processes of the i. r. i. police political-ideological organization within the framework of the islamic state. in this article, the verses, narrations and views of some experts have been used, but according to its title, the main source is the views and guidelines of the supreme leader. the aim is to summarize the material around the school processes that the i. r. i. police political-ideological organization should benefit from in terms of islamic state-building; and it means the implementation of policies and programs that can institutionalize the menus of the revolutionary leadership regarding the realization of the islamic state in the ideological-political organization. first, the five stages of the islamic revolution are described, the principles and objectives of state-building are explained, and the indicators of the islamic state are examined from the perspective of leadership; then, the need for coordination between the organization and its do’s and don’ts have been considered as one of the institutions of the islamic government and finally the possible challenges ahead have been addressed. methodology: the present research method is descriptive-analytical. findings and results: we are now in the stage of islamic state-building, and all government institutions (in the general sense) must take convergent action in this direction. the i. r. i. police political-ideological organization can and must carry out this serious task and mission with managerial, scientific and ethical considerations.
