پیشگیری خانواده‌محور از گرایش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان با نگاهی به آموزه‌های قرآنی

زمینه و هدف : مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان توسط اطفال و نوجوانان امروزه به یکی از دل‌نگرانی‌های سیاست‌گذاران جنایی تبدیل شده است. ازاین‌رو، پیشگیری از مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان، و حفظ امنیت جوامع از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. پیشگیری رشدمدار یا زودرس، یکی از گونه‌های پیشگیری غیرکیفری است که نسبت به اطفال و نوجوانان اعمال می‌شود که در قالب تدابیر خانواده‌محور و مدرسه‌محور جلوه می‌کند؛ نگارندگان در این مقاله به تبیین برنامه‌های پیشگیری خانواده‌محور از گرایش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان با نگاهی به آموزه‌های قرآنی خواهند پرداخت.روش‌: این مقاله با روش تحلیلی - توصیفی با نگاهی به آموزه‌های قرآنی انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به آموزه های قرآنی مبتنی بر نقش محوری خانواده در راستای تربیت اطفال؛ هرچه حضور طفل در محیط خانه بیشتر باشد و یا اینکه والدین نسبت به روابط اطفال و نوجوان به محیط‌های بیرون از خانه نظارت و کنترل داشته باشند، به همان نسبت از گرایش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان کاسته می شود. آموزش زودرس والدین بر مبنای اندرزهایی که در قرآن در سوره لقمان آمده و آن حضرت نسبت به فرزندان خود به کار می برد و اصول صحیح تربیتی را ارائه می دهد، به طور رو به افزایشی به عنوان یکی از موثرترین شیوه های مداخله و پیشگیری رشدمدار از گرایش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان تلقی می شود؛ نکته ای که در قرآن کریم مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است رفتار و سخن نیکو داشتن با مخاطبین و نقش آن در تقویت اعتماد به نفس اطفال و نوجوانان و رشد و بالندگی شخصیت آنهاست. «و لقد کرمنا بنی آدم ...» که یکی از مبانی مهم تربیتی که می تواند نقش اساسی در پیشگیری رشد مدار داشته باشد.

background and objectives: drug and psychedelic substance use by children and adolescents has become one of the concerns of criminal policymakers today. therefore, prevention of drug and psychotropic use, and maintaining the security of communities is very important. developmental or early prevention is one of the types of non-criminal prevention that is applied to children and adolescents, which is manifested in the form of family-centered and teacher-centered measures. in this article, the authors will explain family-centered prevention programs against the tendency of children and adolescents to use drugs and psychotropic substances by looking at quranic teachings.methodology: this article has been done by analytical-descriptive method with a look at quranic teachings.findings and results: according to the qur’anic teachings based on the central role of the family in the upbringing of children, the more the child is present in the home environment or the more parents have control over the relationship between children and adolescents outside the home, to that extent the tendency of children and adolescents is reduced in their use of drugs and psychotropic substances. early education of parents based on the advice that hazrat loghman uses towards his children and provides the correct educational principles, is one of the most effective methods of intervention and developmental prevention to deal with the tendency of children and adolescents to drugs and psychotropic substances. one of the points mentioned in the holy quran is having good behavior and speech and its role in strengthening the self-confidence of children and adolescents and the growth and development of their personality.
