توکل و نقش آن در پیشگیری از جرم (با تکیه بر مثنوی مولوی )

زمینه و هدف: پیامبران و اولیای الهی تلاش می‌کنند انسان را از هرگونه تباهی، فساد و گمراهی نجات دهند. آنان به انسان‌ها می‌آموزند که راه رهایی از گمراهی، کج‌روی، جرم و گناه کدام است و چگونه می‌توان با دوری از آنها به یک زندگی آرام و سعادتمندانه دست یافت. در تحقیق حاضر تلاش بر این است که نشان داده شود، توکل به‌عنوان یکی از آموزه‌های دینی و عرفانی، از دیدگاه عارف بزرگ مولانا، چه تاثیری در پیشگیری از جرم و کج‌روی دارد. روش: تحقیق حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده و اطلاعات اولیه‌ تحقیق از طریق مراجعه به اسناد کتابخانه‌ای گرد‌آوری شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: به اعتقاد مولانا، منشا بسیاری از گرفتاری‌ها و گناهان انسان، حرص و طمع، ایمان نداشتن به روزی‌دهی خداوند و نداشتن قناعت است. توکل به خداوند متعال به‌عنوان کسی که آگاه به احوال بندگان است و روزی آنها را خود متقبل شده است، باعث می‌شود انسان به آرامش دست یابد و با کوشش، به آنچه از سوی خداوند دریافت می‌کند، راضی و خشنود باشد.

trust and its role in crime prevention (relying on rumi’s masnavi)

background and objectives: prophets and saints try to save man from any destruction, corruption and misguidance. they teach people what the ways to get rid of misguidance, perversion, crime and sin are, and how to avoid them to achieve a peaceful and happy life. in the present study, an attempt is made to show the effect of trust as one of the religious and mystical teachings, from the point of view of the great mystic rumi, on the prevention of crime and perversion. methodology: the present study was conducted using descriptive-analytical method and the initial data of the research was collected by referring to library documents.findings and results: according to rumi, the source of many human troubles and sins is greed, lack of faith in god’s provision and lack of contentment. relying on god almighty as one who is aware of the condition of the creatures and the one who has taken care of their needs, causes man to achieve peace and to be satisfied with what he receives from god by effort.
