مفهوم شناسی عدالت در رویکرد دینی و متعارف

زمینه و هدف: عدالت به‌عنوان ارزشی فراگیر و تاثیرگذار در مناسبات اجتماعی دانسته می‌شود که مفهوم آن بسته به اینکه در کدام بستر و رویکرد موردبررسی و تدقیق واقع شود همواره موضوعی چالش‌برانگیز بوده است. ازآنجایی‌که این مفهوم دارای جایگاه ویژه‌ای در دو رویکرد غالب دینی از یک‌سو و رویکرد متعارف از سوی دیگر است، بررسی مفهومی و تعیین حدودوثغور آن در این دو رویکرد دارای اهمیت بوده و ضروری است تا از اختلاط این مفهوم در دو رویکرد دینی و غیردینی یا متعارف اجتناب گردد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع و هدف کاربردی است و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی اجرا شده و داده‌های تحقیق از طریق بررسی اسنادی و فیش‌برداری و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و پژوهشی گردآوری شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو رویکرد در توجه به اهمیت و ضرورت این مفهوم در حیات مادی و توافق بر اصول ذاتی حاکم بر آن ازجمله مفهوم پیش دینی و حُسن ذاتی عدل و قُبح ذاتی ظلم مشترک‌اند، بااین‌حال رویکرد متعارف اساساً مفهوم عدالت به‌صورت تک‌بعدی و بر پایه‌ محسوسات مادی‌انگارانه و نفع‌گرایانه درنظر می‌گیرد که ممکن است در حوزه‌های فردی یا جمعی جریان داشته باشد و به‌معنای مساوات تعبیر گردد درحالی‌که در رویکرد دینی مفهوم عدالت، مفهومی چندبعدی است و افزون بر محسوسات مادی، دارای ارزشی ذاتی و متافیزیکی و معنوی در حوزه‌های فردی و جمعی است که در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و حقوقی جریان دارد و بیشتر در معنای تناسب مورداستفاده قرار می‌گیرد که بُعد معنوی آن نیز بر بُعد مادی آن تقدم دارد.

background and objectives: justice is considered as an all-encompassing and influential value in social relations, the concept of which has always been a challenging issue, depending on the context and approach in which it is studied. since this concept has a special place in the two dominant religious approaches on the one hand and the conventional approach on the other, it is important to study the concept and determine its limits in these two approaches and it is necessary to avoided mixing this concept in both religious and non-religious or conventional approaches.  .. methodology: in terms of the type and objective the present study is of an applied research type and has been conducted using descriptive-analytical method and the research data has been collected through documentary review and notetaking and using library and research resources.findings and results: both approaches are common in considering the importance and necessity of this concept in material life and agreeing on the inherent principles governing it, including the concept of predestination and the inherent goodness of justice and the inherent ugliness of oppression. the basis of materialistic and utilitarian feelings is considered that may flow in individual or collective spheres and is interpreted as equality, while in the religious approach the concept of justice is a multidimensional concept and in addition to material feelings, has intrinsic and individual metaphysical and spiritual value. it is a group that flows in various economic, social, cultural and legal dimensions and is mostly used in the sense of proportion, whose spiritual dimension also takes precedence over its material dimension.
