بررسی شاخصه‌های اقتصاد سالم و آرمانی در سیره‌ علوی با تاکید بر نامه‌ پنجاه‌ و سوم نهج‌البلاغه

زمینه و هدف: اقتصاد از مهم‌ترین مسائل مورد‌توجه پیشوایان و اندیشمندان دینی بدوه است که شاخصه‌های آن در سیرة امام علی(ع) تبیین شده است. آن حضرت در مدت کوتاه حکومت خود، شاخصه‌های اقتصاد سالم و آرمانی را در بُعد نظری و عملی اجرا نمود و توجه به امور اقتصادی را به استانداران خود، تاکید کرده است که موارد آن به‌کرات در نهج‌البلاغه یافت می‌شود. این امر نشان می‌دهد که امام تا چه اندازه به موضوع سلامت اقتصاد و مناسبات اقتصادی حساسیت داشت و آموزش می‌داد که بدون اقتصاد سالم نمی‌توان به عدالت اجتماعی دست یافت و جامعه‌ای که عدالت در آن وجود نداشته باشد، نمی‌تواند راه سعادت را بپیماید. ازاین‌رو این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که: شاخصه‌های اقتصاد سالم و اقتصاد آرمانی در سیرة گفتاری و عملی امام علی(ع) با توجه به نامة امام به مالک اشتر کدام‌اند؟روش تحقیق: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام پذیرفته است. بدین‌منظور ابتدا شاخصه‌های اقتصاد سالم و موانع برقراری آن در نامة 53 نهج‌البلاغه، استخراج و سپس در نگاهی کلان‌تر ویژگی‌های اقتصاد آرمانی از منظر امام علی(ع) تبیین و تحلیل شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: از رهگذر بررسی گزاره‌های این نامة امام علی(ع) به مالک اشتر، مشخص گردید که اقتصاد سالم و آرمانی در سیرة علوی، اقتصادی است که معیارهایی همچون: خوداتکایی و وابسته نبودن به غیر، پرهیز از اسراف‌کاری، مبارزه بنیادی با احتکار و اختلاس، پی‌ریزی اقتصاد صحیح و عادلانه بر طبق ضوابط اسلامی و مبارزه با رانت‌خواری را داشته باشد و این اقتصاد همان اصول و مبانی شاخص‌های اقتصادی در آرمان‌شهر اسلامی است که اگر توسط والیان و مقامات حکومتی به‌خوبی اجرا شوند، جامعه به‌سوی سعادت و کمال گام برمی‌دارد.

investigating the characteristics of a healthy and ideal economy in the alavi sirah emphasizing the fifty-third letter of nahj al-balagha

background and objectives: economics is one of the most important issues addressed by religious leaders and intellectuals whose characteristics have been explained in the sirah of imam ali. in the short period of his reign, he carried out the theoretical and practical aspects of a healthy and idealistic economy and emphasized the importance of economic matters to his governors, whose cases are frequently found in nahj al-balagha. this shows to what extent the imam was sensitive to the health of the economy and economic relations and taught that without a healthy economy social justice cannot be achieved and a society without justice cannot pass the prosperous way. therefore, this study seeks to answer the following question: what are the characteristics of a healthy and an ideal economy in the verbal and practical sirah of imam ali considering the letter of imam to malik ashtar? methodology: this study has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. for this purpose, first, the characteristics of a healthy economy and its barriers in the letter 53 of nahj al-balagha were extracted and, then, the characteristics of the ideal economy, from perspective the imam ali, were analyzed in broader detail. findings and results: by examining the propositions of this letter of imam ali to malik ashtar, it was found that the healthy and ideal economy in the alavi sirah is an economy that meets criteria such as: self-reliance and independence, avoidance of extravagance, fundamental fight with hoarding and embezzlement, establishing a fair and equitable economy in accordance with islamic standards and the fight against rent-seeking, and this economy is the same principles and fundamentals of economic indicators in the ideal islamic city that, if implemented properly by governors and government officials, society will take the steps towards prosperity and perfection.
