بررسی چالش‌های اخلاقی فرماندهان صف دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و راهکارهای حل آن‌ها با تاکید بر آموزه‌های اسلامی

زمینه و هدف: مدیران و فرماندهان یگان‌های آموزشی ناجا نقش مهمی در تربیت افسران آینده بر عهده دارند. یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی در این حوزه، استفاده از فرماندهانی شایسته و آراسته به اخلاق اسلامی به‌عنوان الگوی مناسب این افسران است. بر این اساس، شناخت چالش‌های اخلاقی و رفع آن‌ها در تحقق این هدف موثر بوده و هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تبیین چالش‌های اخلاقی فرماندهان صف دانشگاه علوم‌ انتظامی ‌امین و ارائة راهکارهای حل آن‌ها با تاکید بر آموزه‌های اسلامی است.روش : این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش آمیخته است. در مرحلة نخست، چالش‌های موجود از طریق مصاحبه با‌ 20‌ نفر از خبرگان از طریق روش تحلیل مفاهیم احصا و در دو بُعد چالش‌های گفتاری (9 مولفه) و بُعد چالش‌های رفتاری (16 مولفه) تدوین شد. برای سنجش تاثیر منفی چالش‌های به‌دست‌آمده، پرسش‌نامة محقق‌ساخته در میان 251‌ نفر از دانشجویان توزیع و گردآوری شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی ‌تک‌نمونه‌ای و فریدمن انجام پذیرفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین رتبه‌ای محاسبه‌شده برای «چالش‌های اخلاقی» ازنظر اولویت تاثیرگذاری منفی بر دانشجویان نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های «بی‌عدالتی و تبعیض در رفتار»، «بی‌عدالتی و تبعیض در گفتار‌« و «ظاهر‌سازی در مقابل سلسله‌مراتب» به‌ترتیب با میانگین «85/17»، «92/15» و «88/15» در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم قرار دارند. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون ‌تی، برای چالش‌های گفتاری و رفتاری، مقدار تی به‌‌ترتیب برابر با 195/55 و 67/65 به‌دست آمد که با توجه به اینکه این مقدار در سطح اطمینان بیش از 99 درصد (000/0=sig) پذیرفته شده، آزمون تی موردتایید است.

investigating the ethical challenges of amin police university line commanders and strategies for solving them with emphasis on islamic teachings

background and objectives: managers and commanders of i. r. i. police training units have an important role in training future officers. one of the main concerns in this area is the use of competent commanders and adorned with islamic ethics as a suitable model for these officers. accordingly, recognizing ethical challenges and solving them is effective in achieving this goal. the purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the ethical challenges of amin police university line commanders and to provide solutions to them by emphasizing islamic teachings. methodology: in terms of its type and objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of method it is considered as a mixed-method study. in the first stage, the existing challenges were developed through interviews with 20 experts through statistical concepts analysis method and in two dimensions of speech challenges (9 components) and behavioral challenges (16 components). to measure the negative effect of the challenges, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed and collected among 251 students and the data analysis was performed using t-test and friedman test. findings and results: the mean of the calculated ranks for ðical challenges& in terms of the priority of negative impact on students shows that the indicators of &injustice and discrimination in behavior&, &injustice and discrimination in speech& and &showing-off versus hierarchy& are  in the first to third ranks, respectively with an average of  85.17, 92.15, and 88.15. based on the results obtained from t-test, for speech and behavioral challenges, the values of t were 195.55 and 67.65, respectively, which is accepted at a confidence level of more than 99% (sig = 0.000) and t-test is confirmed.
