عوامل موثر بر شرکت مشتاقانه کارکنان وظیفه در نماز جماعت( مورد مطالعه فرماندهی انتظامی شهرستان یزد)

زمینه و هدف: نماز یاد و ذکر خدا، رکن اصلی دین، کرنشی متواضعانه برای پرستش و عبادت خداوند متعال است که جزئی جدایی‌ناپذیر از ادیان الهی بوده و در هر دینی به‌صورتی خاص وجود داشته است.از اهداف مهم دورة سربازی جوانان در کنار خدماتی که ارائه می‌نمایند ساخته‌شدن و تقویت هویت ملی و دینی و پیوند آنان با آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی است که بدون شک نمازهای جماعت تاثیر زیادی در این زمینه دارد بنابراین هدف اصلی از این تحقیق بررسی عوامل موثر بر شرکت مشتاقانة کارکنان وظیفه در نماز جماعت است.روش: تحقیق حاضر ازنظر نوع و هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی -‌ پیمایشی است. جامعة آماری، سربازان فرماندهی انتظامی یزد به تعداد 330 نفر بوده‌اند که بر اساس روش کوکران، تعداد 111 نفر که دسترسی به نماز جماعت داشتند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامة محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی آن بر اساس نظر استاد راهنما و مشاور و تعدادی از صاحب‌نظران علوم تربیتی و معارف تایید شد و برای پایایی آن نیز از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری پیرسون و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها حاکی از این است که عوامل موثر بر شرکت مشتاقانه در نماز جماعت، به‌ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: عوامل فردی، خانوادگی و سازمانی و عوامل اجتماعی؛ یعنی عوامل فردی بیشترین و عوامل اجتماعی کمترین تاثیر را داشته‌اند.

the factors affecting the enthusiastic participation of in-service staffs in congregational prayers (case study: police command of yazd city)

background and objectives: the prayer, the remembrance of god, the main pillar of religion, is a modest strain for the worship of almighty god, which is an inseparable part of the divine religions and has existed in each religion in a special way. one of the important goals of the youths’ military service along with the services that they provide is to build and strengthen national and religious identity and their connection with the ideals of the islamic revolution, which undoubtedly has a great impact on congregational prayers in this regard. therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the enthusiastic participation of in-service staffs in congregational prayers. methodology: in terms of its type and objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of method it is considered as a descriptive-survey. the statistical population consisted of 330 soldiers of the yazd police command. according to the cochran method, 111 individuals who had access to congregational prayers were selected as a sample. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed based on the opinion of the supervisor and consultant and a number of experts in educational sciences and education and cronbach’s alpha test was used for its reliability. the collected data were analyzed using pearson and regression tests. findings and results: findings indicate that the factors affecting enthusiastic participation of in-service staffs in congregational prayers are: individual, family and organizational factors and social factors, respectively; that is, individual factors had the most and social factors had the least effect.
