بررسی و تبیین چالش‌های تربیت اخلاقی و دینی دانشجویان (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین)

زمینه و هدف : این پژوهش با هدف شناخت آسیب‌های تربیت دینی به‌منظور شناخت چالش‌های تربیت اخلاقی و دینی دانشجویان دانشگاه امین و ارائة راهکارهای مناسب از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران انجام شده است.روش: پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش گردآوری داده‌ها میدانی، از نوع کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه بود. در مرحلة نخست، آسیب‌های تربیت دینی در سه محور فرهنگی، آموزشی و مذهبی-ایدئولوژیکی از متون اسلامی استخراج و با روش تحلیل محتوای اسنادی تحلیل شد. سپس با استفاده از مصاحبه، راهکارهای برون‌رفت از مسائل تربیت اخلاقی دینی از دیدگاه متخصصان موردبررسی قرار گرفت. جامعة آماری، صاحب‌نظران حوزة تربیت دینی در دانشگاه امین بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با (n=15) از آنان مصاحبه به‌عمل آمد. مصاحبه‌ها به‌صورت نیمه‌ساختاریافته تدوین شد و روایی آن موردتایید چند صاحب‌نظر قرار گفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی و تحلیل دشواری‌های تربیت دینی دانشجویان، درگرو شناخت‌ منشا‌ آسیب‌هایی‌ است که - در‌تربیت دینی‌ رخ‌ داده است. این شناخت می‌تواند  تا در‌ جهت رفع آن‌ها برنامه‌ریزی‌های دقیق‌تری کمک‌ کند و از برخورد سطحی با آن‌ها پرهیز شود. نتایج حاکی است که برخوردهای تعصبی و قشری، کج‌فهمی‌ها، بدفهمی‌های دینی از سوی افراد و همچنین ناکارآمدی نظام‌های تربیت اخلاقی دینی، مهم‌ترین آسیب‌ها هستند. بر این اساس، ترویج رویکرد خردورزی، دوری جستن از تعصبات و تمایلات فردی و جمعی، می‌تواند زمینة برون‌رفت از آسیب‌ها را فراهم سازد.

investigating and explaining the challenges of moral and religious education of students (case study: amin police university)

background and objectives: the aim of this study was to identify the harms of religious education in order to identify the challenges of moral and religious education of amin police university students and to provide appropriate solutions from the perspective of experts. methodology: the research was qualitative and the method of data collection was field study, i.e., library and interview. in the first stage, the harms of religious education in three cultural, educational and religious-ideological axes were extracted from islamic texts and analyzed by documentary content analysis method. then, using interviews, strategies for getting out of the issues of religious moral education from the perspective of experts were examined. the statistical population (n = 15) was experts in the field of religious education at amin police university who were interviewed by purposive sampling method. the interviews were semi-structured and their validity was confirmed by several experts. findings and results: the study and analysis of the difficulties of students’ religious education depends on recognizing the source of the harms that have occurred in religious education. this knowledge can help to plan them more precisely and avoid a superficial encounter with them. the results show that prejudices and cortical attitudes, misunderstandings, religious misunderstandings by individuals and also the inefficiency of religious moral education systems are the most important harms. accordingly, promoting a rational approach, avoiding individual and collective prejudices and inclinations, can provide the ground for recovery from harm.
