طراحی مدل جذب سرمایه‌گذاری ترکیبی در راستای رونق کسب ‌و کار و رشد اقتصادی (مورد مطالعه: مناطق آزاد تجاری)

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل جذب سرمایه‌گذاری ترکیبی در راستای رونق کسب‌وکار و رشد اقتصادی در مناطق آزاد تجاری برای مقابله با بحران اقتصادی ناشی از شرایط تحریم و جنگ اقتصادی دشمن انجام‌گرفته است. روش پژوهش ترکیبی بوده است. داده‌های بخش کیفی از مصاحبه با 14 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی، متخصصان و مدیران منطقه به‌دست‌آمده است. تعداد نمونه‌ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی و مبنای اتمام مصاحبه‌ها، قاعده اشباع نظری بوده است. داده‌ها در بخش کیفی با روش نظریه زمینه‌ای، بررسی‌شده است. به همین منظور در مرحله اول، 296 کدباز استخراج شد که پس از جرح‌وتعدیل‌های روش‌شناختی به 182 کدباز یا مفهوم رسید. این کدها و مفاهیم در مرحله‌ بعدیِ نردبانِ انتزاع، تبدیل به 46 مقوله‌ خرد و در مرحله‌ نهایی تبدیل به 19 مقوله اصلی شدند. نهایتاً در شش بخش شناسایی‌شده‌اند که این مفاهیم مدل پژوهش را ایجاد نموده است. سپس در بخش کمی پس از بررسی روایی محتوای و تائید آن‌ها اقدام به تهیه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و توزیع آن در جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، سرپرستان و کارشناسان منطقه آزاد اروند مبتنی بر روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به تعداد 278 نفر شد. پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها اقدام به آزمون مدل در نرم‌افزار لیزرل شده است. مدل پارادایمی جذب سرمایه‌گذاری ترکیبی دارای چند بعد اصلی است که هرکدام، ابعاد و مقولات خردتری را شامل می‌شوند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر‌ نتایج حاکی از این بوده است مقوله مرکزی «سرمایه‌گذاری ترکیبی به‌ مثابه پدیده‌ای چندبعدی» بوده و در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد بین مقوله مرکزی جذب سرمایه‌گذاری ترکیبی و ابعاد آن با پیامدهای احصاءشده به‌صورت فرایندی رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد، نتایج مدل احصا شده پژوهش در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد مورد تائید قرار می‌گیرد.

designing a mixed investment attraction model in line with business prosperity and economic growth (case study: free trade zones)

this research has been done with the aim of designing a mixed investment attraction model in linewith business prosperity and economic growth in free trade zones. the research method was mixed.the data of the qualitative part was obtained from interviews with 14 university professors, specialistsand managers of the region. the number of samples in the qualitative section using the snowballmethod and the basis for completing the interviews was the rule of theoretical saturation. the data hasbeen analyzed in the qualitative part with the grounded theory method. for this purpose, in the firststage, 296 open codes were extracted, which reached 182 open codes or concepts after methodologicaladjustments. these codes and concepts were converted into 46 sub-categories in the next stage of the abstraction ladder, and in the final stage, they became 19 main categories. finally, they have beenidentified in six sections, which have created the research model. then, in a small section, afterchecking the validity of the content and confirming them, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the statistical community, including managers, supervisors and experts ofarvand azad region, based on the method. a stratified random sampling of 278 people. aftercollecting the data, the model has been tested in lisrel software. the paradigm model of hybridinvestment attraction has several main dimensions, each of which includes smaller dimensions andcategories. in other words, the results indicated that the central category is mixed investment as amultidimensional phenomenon and at the 95% confidence level, there is a significant and positiverelationship between the central category of mixed investment attraction and its dimensions with theresults calculated as a process, the results of the calculated research model are confirmed at the 95%confidence level.
