مدیریت سیستم بحران‌های انسان ساخت: تحلیل کاربرد اینترنت اشیا در دادگستری

اجرای الزامات و ملاحظات پدافند غیرعامل، موجب کاهش آسیب‌پذیری نیروی انسانی، ساختمان‌ها، تاسیسات و تجهیزات کشور در مقابل تهدیدات غیرطبیعی (انفجار، حملات نظامی، اقدامات خرابکارانه و تهدیدات امنیتی) ایجادشده توسط دشمن، می‌شود. این‌ امر، باعث تداوم فعالیت‌های ضروری و کاهش آسیب‌پذیری زیرساخت‌ها، اماکن، تاسیسات و تجهیزات در زمان وقوع تهدید می‌شود. امروزه فناوری جدید اینترنت اشیا توانسته است با اتصال جهان فیزیکی و دنیای دیجیتال به یکدیگر و مرتبط ساختن اشیاء با اشیاء و اشیاء با انسان، تغییرات اساسی در زندگی بشر ایجاد نماید. تاثیر بسزای فناوری‌های نوین در پیشگیری و مدیریت بحران‌ها، ما را بر آن داشت تا در این پژوهش به ارزیابی تاثیر اینترنت اشیا در پیشگیری از بحران‌های انسان‌ساز در دادگستری بپردازیم. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و توسعه‌ای است و از نظر ماهیت کیفی- توصیفی و به شیوه تحقیقات میدانی به بررسی وضعیت فعلی پرداخته است. جامعه آماری اساتید دانشگاه و نخبگان اجرایی در دادگستری اصفهان و ستاد قوه قضائیه هستند. حجم نمونه مشتمل بر 18 نفر است که به شیوه گلوله برفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه عمیق و یک پرسشنامه بود که در تعیین روایی آن از روش روایی محتوا و به‌منظور تعیین پایایی آزمون، از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار spss23 استفاده شده است. از تکنیک دلفی هم در مراحل گوناگون تحقیق از جمله تعیین محورهای اصلی و شاخص‌ها، طراحی سوالات پرسشنامه و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. بنا بر نتایج حاصله بهره‌مندی از اینترنت اشیا در پیشگیری از بحران‌های انسان‌ساز در دادگستری، بر مبنای مبحث بیست و یکم مقررات ملی ساختمان، به ترتیب حول محور ایمنی تاسیسات گازی 65.82 درصد، تاسیسات برقی و مکانیکی 59.41 درصد، آتش‌سوزی 35.32 درصد، موارد امنیتی 25.58 درصد، پناهگاه 8.28 درصد و در تنش‌های آبی 7 درصد موثر واقع شده است.

the implementation of passive defense requirements and considerations will reduce the vulnerability of the country’s manpower, buildings, facilities and equipment against unnatural threats (explosion, military attacks, sabotage and security threats) created by the enemy. this causes the continuation of essential activities and reduces the vulnerability of infrastructures, places, facilities and equipment when the threat occurs. today, the new technology of the internet of things has been able to create fundamental changes in human life by connecting the physical world and the digital world to each other and connecting objects with objects and objects with humans. the great impact of new technologies in the prevention and management of crises made us evaluate the impact of the internet of things in the prevention of man-made crises in the judiciary. the current research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose, and in terms of qualitative-descriptive nature, it investigated the current situation in the field research method. the statistical population is university professors and executive elites in the isfahan judiciary and the headquarters of the judiciary. the sample size is18 people who were selected by snowball method. the data collection tool was an in-depth interview and a questionnaire, the content validity method was used to determine its validity, and the cronbach’s alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the test. the software used for data analysis is spss 23. the delphi technique has been used in various stages of the research, including determining the main axes and indicators, designing questionnaire questions, and analyzing data. according to the results of using the internet of things in the prevention of man-made crises in the judiciary, based on the twenty-first topic of the national building regulations, 65.82 percent of gas facilities safety, 41 electrical and mechanical facilities, respectively. 59.0%, fire 35.32%, security cases 25.58%, shelter 8.28% and water stress 7%.
