سنجش میزان آسیب پذیری بافت فرسوده بندر ماهشهر از دیدگاه پدافند غیرعامل

شهر زیستگاه متراکم انسانی است که به دلیل حضور انسان، نیازمند امنیت و ایمنی در همه ابعاد کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و ... است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی آسیب‌پذیری بافت فرسوده بندر ماهشهر از دیدگاه پدافند غیرعامل با استفاده از روش سلسله مراتبی‌فازی می‌باشد. مقاله حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. بر این اساس به منظور شناسایی عناصر آسیب‌پذیر شهر در برابر تهاجمات نظامی و مخاطرات، از روش دلفی استفاده گردید. خبرگان این پژوهش ،20نفر از خبرگان امور شهری از میان پرسنل 7سازمان مهم در این زمینه (استانداری، شهرداری، هلال احمر، نیروی انتظامی، بسیج و سپاه و اداره برق و گاز و آب شهرستان)بودند و براساس نظر خبرگان در نهایت 6 شاخص و15 معیار برای سنجش میزان آسیب‌پذیری منطقه مورد مطالعه انتخاب گردیدند. در مرحله بعد لایه‌های داده‌ها و شاخص‌های مورد نظر در محیط arc/map 10.2 تهیه گردید و در نهایت با استفاده از روش سلسله‌مراتبی فازی نقشه پهنه‌بندی آسیب‌پذیری منطقه در سه پهنه خطر زیاد، متوسط و کم تهیه گردید.با توجه به نقشه نهایی آسیب پذیری بافت فرسوده بندر ماهشهر مشاهده می‌گردد که توزیع مناطق با آسیب پذیری بالا در تمام مناطق دیده می‌شود که این میزان حدود 27.2 درصد از مساحت مناطق را در برگرفته است. 50.8درصد از مناطق دارای آسیب‌پذیری متوسط و بقیه مساحت مناطق را فضاهای دارای آسیب‌پذیری کم به خود اختصاص داده است که این فضاها بیشتر مکان‌های دارای فضای باز، ساختمان‌هایی باتعداد طبقات پایین هستند اما بیشتر ساختمان‌های مناطق در ردیف آسیب‌پذیری بالا قرار می‌گیرند.

assessment of sedimentation rate of worn-out weaving in mahshahr port from a passive defense perspective

the city is a dense human habitat that requires security and security in all physical, social, economic, cultural and other aspects due to human presence. the purpose of this study was to investigate the vulnerability of the degraded texture of the port of mahshahr from the standpoint of passive defense using hierarchical fuzzy method. the present paper is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive analytical method. accordingly, delphi method was used to identify vulnerable elements of the city against military invasions and hazards. the experts of this study were 20 experts of urban affairs from the personnel of 7 important organizations in this field (governor’s office, municipality, red crescent, law enforcement, basij and irgc, and according to experts’ opinion, finally 6 indicators and 15 criteria were selected to measure the vulnerability of the study area. in the next step, data layers and indices were prepared in arc / map 10.2 environment and finally, using the fuzzy hierarchy method, the vulnerability zoning map was prepared in three high, medium, and low risk zones. the widespread mahshahr port is observed to have high vulnerability distribution in all areas, accounting for about 27.2% of the total area. eighty five percent of the areas with moderate vulnerability and the rest of the area with low vulnerability were allocated to these areas with more open spaces but more open spaces and new buildings.
