رابطه مدیریت انتشار شایعات ناشی از بحرانهای سیاسی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و ارتقاء امنیت ملی

امنیت ملی به الزاماتی (اقدامات نرم یا سخت)‌ اشاره می‌کند که بقای دولت ملی را از طریق به کارگیری قدرت اقتصادی، نیروهای نظامی و توان سیاسی و استفاده از ابزار دیپلماسی حفظ نماید. مقاله پیش‌رو حاصل پژوهش بررسی رابطه مدیریت انتشار شایعات شبکه‌های اجتماعی در هنگام بحران‌های سیاسی و ارتقاء امنیت ملی می‌باشد. پژوهش انجام‌شده از نظر روش، از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی و از نظر روش گرد‌آوری اطلاعات میدانی و پیمایشی است. جامعه موردِ مطالعه این پایان‌نامه در برگیرنده‌ خبرگان صاحب نظر در حوزه‌ امنیت و مهندسی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و افراد فعال در این حوزه است که با استفاده از روش گلوگه برفی تعداد آن‌ها پس از مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه مشخص گریده‌اند. در پژوهش حاضر، جهت شناسایی و تجزیه و تحلیل (با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی) از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس استفاده می‌شود و نیز برای رتبه‌بندی عوامل پژوهش، از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی در نرم‌افزار سوپردسیژن استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش با توجه به تحلیل نهایی براساس روش سلسله‌مراتبی، نشان داد: که بی انگیزهکردن(d) با وزن 0.4673 و خنثی‌سازی(c) با وزن 0.27718 به عنوان مهمترین معیارهای مدل ارائه‌شده، بیشترین تاثیر را ارتقاء امنیت ملی در موضوع کنترل شایعات سیاسی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی دارد.

the relationship between managing the spread of rumors caused by political crises on social networks and promoting national security

national security refers to the requirements (soft or hard measures) that maintain the survival of the national government through the use of economic power, the military and political power, and the use of diplomatic means. the leading article is the result of research on the relationship between political rumor management in social networks and the promotion of national security. the research is methodical, descriptive analytical and field data collection and survey method. the study population of this dissertation includes experts in the field of security and engineering in social networks and people active in this field who have used the snow globe method to determine their number after the interview and distribution of the questionnaire. in the present study, spss software is used to identify and analyze (using descriptive and inferential statistics) and also the hierarchical analysis process (ahp) in super decisions software is used to rank the research factors. the results of the study according to the final analysis based on ahp, showed that demotivation (d) with a weight of 0.4673 and neutralization (c) with a weight of 0.27718 as the most important criteria of the proposed model, had the greatest impact on improving national security. on the subject of controlling political rumors on social networks.
