بررسی آگاهی مدیران بیمارستان‌های ارتش در سطح تهران در ارتباط با اصول پدافند غیرعامل

با توجه به اهمیت مراکز بهداشت و درمان و مدیریت بهداشت و درمان ارتش در شرایط وقوع تهدیدات و بحران‌ها دشمنان جهت مختل کردن یک کشور و تضعیف سطح عملیاتی این مراکز را مورد هدف خود قرار می‌دهند که در این مورد یکی از بهترین روش‌های مقابله پدافند غیرعامل است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی آگاهی مدیران ارشد بیمارستان‌های منتخب ارتش(a ، b و c) در مورد اصول پدافند غیرعامل در سال 1398 بوده است. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که بر روی 60 نفر از مدیران ارشد انجام شده است. روش  نمونه‌گیری بر اساس جدول مورگان و حجم نمونه 52 نفر بود. به‌عنوان ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه آگاهی مدیران قاسمیان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss23 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی t تک‌نمونه‌ای استفاده شد.نتایج بررسی آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای نشان داد که سطح آگاهی مدیران بیمارستان‌های منتخب ارتش(a ، b و c) نسبت به مولفه‌های پدافند غیرعامل در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد معنادار بوده و این نشان‌دهنده آگاهی مدیران از مولفه‌های پدافند غیرعامل در سطح بیمارستان‌های منتخب ارتش است. با توجه به آگاهی مطلوب بیشتر مدیران ارشد بیمارستان‌های منتخب ارتش پیشنهاد می‌شود، آموزش پدافند غیرعامل به کلیه کادر درمانی ارتش در بیمارستان‌های مختلف سازمان در سطح کشور ارائه شود.

investigating the awareness of managers of army hospitals in tehran regarding the principles of passive defense.

given the importance of health care centers and the army’s health management in the face of threats and crises, enemies are targeting these centers to disrupt a country and weaken its operational level. in this regard, one of the best ways to deal with passive defense. the aim of this study was to investigate the awareness of senior managers of selected army hospitals (a ، b and c) about the principles of passive defense in 2019. the present study is a cross-sectional descriptive study conducted on 60 senior managers. the sampling method was based on morgan’s table and the sample size was 52 people. data collection tools were used to inform the ghasemian managers’ awareness questionnaire, data analysis was performed using spss18 software and descriptive and analytical statistical tests of t-sample were performed. the results of a single-sample t test showed that the level of awareness of managers of selected army hospitals(a ، b and c) about the components of passive defense at 99% confidence level was significant and this shows the awareness of managers to the components of passive defense. due to the awareness of the majority of senior managers of selected army hospitals, it is suggested that passive defense training be provided to all army medical personnel in different hospitals of the organization at the national level.
