ارائه مدل برگشت ‌پذیری سیاسی در برابر پیامدهای سیاسی ناشی از حملات تروریستی (مطالعه موردی حمله تروریستی به مجلس شورای اسلامی)

برگشت ‌پذیری سیاسی به بررسی ظرفیت سازمان ‌های سیاسی می‌پردازد تا بتوانند به رویدادهای داخلی و خارجی مانند جنگ، حملات تروریستی و غیره، واکنش‌ مناسب نشان داده و با تغییرات و پیامدهای سیاسی ناشی از این قبیل رویدادها، سازگاری یابند. علیرغم مطالعات متعدد در حوزه مختلف برگشت‌پذیری، اما پژوهشی در حوزه برگشت‌پذیری سیاسی صورت نپذیرفته است. بر این اساس محققان این پژوهش سعی نمودند با توجه به تدوین شاخص‌های برگشت‌پذیری سیاسی سعی نمایند بر اساس تعیین روابط بین شاخص‌ها و انجام یک مطالعه موردی به تدوین مدل بپردازند. هدف اصلی تحقیق تدوین مدل برگشت‌پذیری سیاسی در برابر پیامدهای ناشی از حملات تروریستی بر جامعه است. پرسش اصلی این تحقیق آن است که بر اساس شواهد، مستندات و داده‌های موجود مدل برگشت‌پذیری سیاسی در برابر حملات تروریستی دارای چه ویژگی‌هایی است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش محققان با توجه به شاخص‌های احصا شده در تحقیقات قبلی و با استفاده از روش تاثیر متقابل 1 شاخص احصاءشده را در قالب پرسشنامه در اختیار جامعه خبرگان قرار دادند. سپس با توجه به دسته‌بندی شاخص‌ها در سه ظرفیت جذب، تطبیق و احیاء مدل اصلی تشکیل شد. در نهایت به‌منظور مطالعه مورد جامعه نمونه با استفاده از روش دسته‌بندی و تصادفی ساده 483 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه در اختیار ایشان قرار گرفت. با توجه به تحلیل پرسشنامه میزان ظرفیت جذب 39.1%، ظرفیت تطبیق 35.6% و ظرفیت احیاء 25.2% است.

presenting a model of political resilience against the political consequences of terrorist attacks (case study of the terrorist attack on the islamic council)

political reversibility examines the capacity of political organizations to be able to respond appropriately to internal and external events such as war, terrorist attacks, etc. and adapt to changes and political consequences resulting from such events. despite numerous studies in the field of reversibility, no research has been done in the field of political reversibility. therefore, the researchers of this research tried to develop a model based on determining the relationships between the indicators and conducting a case study. the main goal of the research is to develop a political reversibility model against the consequences of terrorist attacks on the society. the main question of this research is that based on the available evidence, documentation and data, what are the characteristics of the model of political reversibility against terrorist attacks? in order to answer this question, according to the indicators calculated in previous researches and using the mutual influence method, the researchers provided the calculated indicators in the form of a questionnaire to the community of experts. then, according to the classification of indicators in the three capacities of absorption, adaptation and revitalization, the main model was formed. finally, in order to study the case of the sample population, 483 people were selected using simple random classification method and a questionnaire was provided to them. according to the analysis of the questionnaire, the absorption capacity is 39.1%, the adaptation capacity is 35.6%, and the regeneration capacity is 25.2%.
