بررسی عوامل موثر بر میزان اثربخشی تیم در زمان وقوع بحران مطالعه ی موردی: تیم های عملیاتی جمعیت هلال احمر استان کرمان

هر ساله بلایای طبیعی در سراسر جهان مرگ ومیر، آسیب های جسمی و بیماری های زیادی را به بار می آورند. در دهه های اخیر، بلایا و آثار آنها در تمام جهان سیر تصاعدی داشته و علل زیادی باعث افزایش بروز و تلفات ناشی از آن شده است. از این رو توسعه و تقویت امکانات ملی مخصوصاً منابع انسانی برای کاهش تاثیر بلایای طبیعی کاملاً ضروری به نظر می رسد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، تحقیق حاضر به دنبال اثربخشی عوامل موثر برای بالا بردن کارایی تیم در هنگام وقوع بحران است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی واز جهت ماهیت و روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش کلیه ی تیم های عملیاتی جمعیت هلال احمراستان کرمان است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل 210 نفر است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه برابر با 135 نفر محاسبه شد.برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که چهار مولفه فرهنگ سازمانی، اخلاق حرف های، رهبری، دانش کار وهمچنین متغیر اثربخشی تیم را بررسی کرد. پایایی پرسش نامه یادشده 0.799 و روایی آن مورد تایید کارشناسان قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss و smart pls2 استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای دانش کار، اخلاق حرفه ای و رهبری بر اثربخشی تیم تاثیر مثبت داشته، اما فرهنگ سازمانی بر اثربخشی تیم تاثیری نداشت.

every year, natural disasters around the world cause death, physical damage and many diseases. in recentdecades, disasters and their effects throughout the world have been exponential, with many causes leadingto an increase in incidence and deaths. has been. hence, the development and strengthening of nationalfacilities, especially human resources, to reduce the impact of natural disasters is absolutely necessary. consideringthe importance of the issue, the present study seeks to be effective factors in raising the team’s efficiencyduring the crisis. the present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method,a descriptive correlation type. the statistical population of this research is all the operational teams of the redcrescent society of kerman province. the population of the study consisted of 210 people, using the cochranformula, the sample size was 135. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information that examinedfour components of organizational culture, professional ethics, leadership and work knowledge aswell as the effectiveness of the team. the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.799 and its validity was confirmedby experts. spss and smart pls2 software were used to analyze the data. findings of the researchshowed that the variables of work knowledge, professional ethics and leadership of the team’s effectivenesswere positive, but organizational culture did not affect the team’s effectiveness
