نقش اختلالات شخصیت در ارتکاب جرایم جنسی (مورد مطالعه: مجرمان سابقه‌دار جرایم جنسی شهر تهران)

زمینه و هدف: ارتکاب جرایم جنسی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین جرایم جامعه دارای علل متفاوت بوده که مهم‌ترین آنها می‌تواند اختلالات شخصیتی و روانی باشد. بر همین اساس، هدف این پژوهش بررسی اختلالات شخصیت و ارتکاب جرایم جنسی در مجرمان سابقه‌دار این نوع جرایم، در زندان‌های شهر تهران در سال 1403 است.روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش از روش پیمایشی استفاده شده است. برای مطالعه نظریه‌ها و کسب اطلاعات، به منابع و اسناد مرتبط رجوع شده است. همچنین، برای سنجش و تحلیل نقش اختلالات شخصیت در ارتکاب جرایم جنسی، از روش پیمایش در گردآوری داده‌ها، مرتب‌سازی آنها و امکان عملیات آماری روی اطلاعات از این روش استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مجرمان سابقه دار جرایم جنسی در زندان‌های شهر تهران در سال 1403 هستند. بر اساس جدول لین و مورگان،لین و مورگان 212 نفر از آنها به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری و اندازه‌گیری متغیرها در این تحقیق یک پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته که با توجه به روش و نوع تحقیق طراحی شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: در آزمون فرضیات پژوهش، رابطه معنی‌داری بین میزان روان‌پریشی، میزان خود کنترلی و میزان سخت‌مزاجی افراد و ارتکاب جرایم جنسی وجود دارد. با توجه به ضرایب به دست آمده در تحلیل مسیر، متغیر مستقل روان‌پریشی با ضریب 0.66، بیشترین تاثیر را بر ارتکاب جرایم جنسی دارد؛ با توجه به مثبت بودن ضریب رابطه هرچقدر میزان روانپریشی در افراد بیشتر باشد، احتمال و پیش‌بینی ارتکاب جرایم جنسی نیز بیشتر می‌شود. از سوی دیگر، در رابطه معکوس، متغیر خودکنترلی با ضریب رگرسیونی 0.57- نشان می‌دهد که افزایش خودکنترلی منجر به کاهش ارتکاب جرایم جنسی می‌شود. در نهایت، متغیر مستقل سخت مزاجی با ضریب 0.46، تاثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر ارتکاب جرایم جنسی دارد.

the role of personality disorders in the commission of sexual crimes: a case study of criminals with a record of sexual crimes in tehran

field and aims: committing sexual crimes as one of the most important crimes in society has different causes, the most important of which can be personality and psychological disorders. based on this, the aim of this research is to investigate personality disorders and committing sexual crimes in criminals with a record of sexual crimes in tehran prisons in 2024.method: since the research method has a direct and close relationship with the research topic, in this research, two documentary and survey methods were used, and sources and documents were referred to study theories and obtain information, and to measure and analyze the role of personality disorders. in the commission of sexual crimes, the survey method has been used in data collection, organizing them and the possibility of statistical operations on the information.the statistical population is the criminals with a history of sexual crimes in the prisons of tehran in 2024, and 212 of them were selected as the sample size using the lin and morgan table. the tool for collecting and measuring the variables in this research has been made by the researcher according to the research method and the type of research.findings and conclusions: in the test of research hypotheses, there is a significant relationship between the amount of psychopathy, the amount of self-control and the amount of stubbornness in people and the commission of sexual crimes. according to the coefficients obtained in the path analysis, the independent variable of psychopathy with a coefficient of 0.66 has the greatest impact on the commission of sexual crimes, and according to the positive relationship coefficient, the higher the level of psychopathy in people, the more likely and prediction the commission of sexual crimes is. becomes more in an inverse relationship, where the regression coefficient is -0.57, the self-control variable and its increase decrease the commission of sexual crimes. finally, the independent variable of stubbornness has a positive and direct effect on committing sexual crimes with a coefficient of 0.46.
