تحلیل اثرات شاخص جوی دما بر جرایم خشونت‌‌آمیز ومالی (مطالعه موردی مراکز استان‌‌ها)

هدف: رابطه بین فاکتورهای ‌‌جغرافیایی مانند شرایط جوی و متغیرهای آب‌‌و‌‌هوایی از یک‌سو و رفتار مجرمانه از سوی دیگر، موضوعی‌‌ مهم در تحقیقات‌‌ جرم‌‌شناسی است. تغییرات آب‌‌و‌‌هوایی و هشدارهای مبنی بر گرم شدن بیش از حد کره زمین، علاوه بر اثرات جغرافیایی، اقلیمی و اقتصادی ممکن است باعث افزایش قابل‌‌توجهی در فعالیت‌‌های‌‌ مجرمانه شود؛ از این‌رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین اثر دما بر نرخ ‌‌جرایم به‌‌موجب مدل‌‌های ‌‌مختلف جرم‌‌شناختی است.روش: این مطالعه با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله «مدل‌‌های سری زمانی رگرسیونی، مدل‌های خطی با اثرات آمیخته برای تحلیل داده‌های طولی و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره» و داده‌‌های جمع‌‌آوری‌‌شده از سوی مرکز آمار قوۀ قضاییه در خصوص برخی جرایم بین سال‌‌های 1397 تا 1400 در 28 استان‌‌ کشور، بررسی ‌‌می‌‌کند که آیا تغییرات در دما بر نرخ‌‌ جرایم توام با خشونت و جرایم ‌‌مالی تاثیر می‌‌گذارد یا خیر و شدت این هم‌تغییری چگونه است.یافته‌‌ها: بر اساس آزمون‌‌های انجام‌‌شده، دما اثر معناداری روی جرایم خشونت‌‌آمیز دارد، به‌‌طوری‌‌که با افزایش دمای 10 درجه سانتی‌گراد شاهد 0.9 واحد افزایش در ارتکاب این دسته‌ ‌جرایم هستیم. در مقابل، جرم‌‌ سرقت در انواع خود اعم از سرقت توام با خشونت یا بدون خشونت، در نیمه دوم سال، یعنی فصول سرد افزایش ‌‌می‌‌یابد.نتیجه‌‌گیری: یافته‌‌های‌‌ پژوهش در خصوص جرایم خشونت‌‌آمیز منطبق با نظریات پرخاشگری عاطفی‌‌ عمومی و فعالیت روزمره است که افزایش جرایم را تابع خطی افزایش دما می‌‌دانند و در راستای کاهش این دسته از جرایم لازم است تغییراتی در سیاست‌‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های پلیسی، مدیریتی و محیطی صورت‌ ‌بگیرد. همچنین یافته‌‌های ‌‌پژوهش حاکی از آن است که جرایم‌‌ مالی تابع مدل شوک اقتصادی هستند؛ بنابراین کاهش این دسته از جرایم در فصول سرد نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی‌های اقتصادی، به‌‌ویژه در حوزه مشاغل‌‌ موقت است.

objective: this study delves into the connection between geographic elements like weather and climate variables and criminal behavior, a crucial topic in criminological research. it acknowledges the possible increase in criminal activities due to climate fluctuations and global warming concerns, along with their geographic, climatic, and economic impacts. consequently, the study aims to elucidate how temperature affects crime rates using diverse criminological models.method: this research examines the influence of temperature fluctuations on violent and property crime rates, utilizing various statistical methods, including time series regression and mixed-effects linear models. data spanning from 2018 to 2021, gathered from 28 provinces by the judicial system’s statistical center, is employed. the aim is to establish if temperature variations hold statistical significance in relation to crime rates and to gauge the extent of this association.findings: based on the conducted tests, temperature has a statistically significant effect on violent crimes, with a10-degree celsius increase in temperature associated with a 0.9-unit increase in the occurrence of these types of crimes. conversely, property crimes, including both violent and non-violent thefts, increase during the latter half of the year, particularly in the colder seasons.conclusion: the research aligns with the general strain theory and routine activities theory, indicating a linear relationship between temperature increase and rising violent crimes. to address these crimes, changes in policing, management, and environmental policies are essential. additionally, property crimes follow an economic shock model, necessitating economic planning, especially in terms of temporary employment, to reduce them during colder seasons.
