شناسائی تنگناهای موجود در سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در تولید وسایل و تجهیزات ورزشی

یکی از مهم ترین اجزای تولید ناخالص داخلی هر کشور سرمایه های خصوصی است. هدف کلی پژوهش شناخت تنگناهای موجود در سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در تولید وسایل و تجهیزات ورزشی و وسایل وابسته است. تحقیق توصیفی _ پیمایشی و از شاخه تحقیقات میدانی است. جامعه آماری  تحقیق شامل مدیران و کارشناسان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان و تولید کنندگان پوشاک ورزشی در شهر اصفهان در سال 1392 بودند. تعداد 136 نفر (95 نفر مدیر و کارشناس و 41 نفر تولیدکننده) به صورت تصادفی طبقه ایی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند . روائی صوری پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از نظرات اساتید و پایائی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 بدست آمد. برای آزمون سوالات تحقیق از آزمون های آماری t تک متغیره و فریدمن استفاده شد . نتایج نشان داد عدم وجود قوانین حمایتی لازم در تولید توزیع، عدم وجود تشکیلات تخصصی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان در حمایت از تولیدات ورزشی و  مشکلات مالیاتی از  مهم ترین موانع سرمایه گذاری بودند. همچنین مشکلات مربوط به اخذ مجوزهای مورد نیاز ، مشکل فروش محصول و ریسک پذیربودن تولیدات ورزشی به عنوان موانع سرمایه گذاری تایید شدند. بقیه سوالات پژوهش که عبارتند از : مشکلات مربوط به کمبود نیروی کارمتخصص ، مشکلات موجود در تهیه مواد اولیه ، مشکلات تامین سرمایه ، وجود فرصت های موجود برای سرمایه گذاری جایگزین و عدم حمایت جدی دولت،  نفوذ سازمان های جهانی ورزش در بازارهای داخلی نیز در کاهش سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در صنایع تولیدی وسایل ورزشی تاثیر می گذارند .

An Investigation of the Current Obstacles in Investment by private Sector in production of sports equipments and related devices

One of integral constituent of gross domestic production of every country,s economy is the private capital. The main purpose of this research is to identify the existing restrictions in the way of private investment in the production of sports equipments and related devices. The methodology of this research is a cross – sectional descriptive field research branch. Statistical population of this study were managers and experts from office Sports and Youth and sports apparel producers in Isfahan city. To do a total so, number of 136 persons( 95 manager and experts, 41 producer) were selected randomly. The Face validity of the questionnaire based on opinions of faculties and also the reliability of this study was Cronbach's alpha by 0/89 respectively. To achieve this goal we made our research quantities based on Friedman & statistional tests. The finding of this study revealed that  there was a lack of Protection laws in the production and distributtion There are no specialized organization of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Sports protection and risktaking are of the main important impediments in investment. Also the issue of required licenses, product sell, Production of risky sports , as obstacles investment were confirmed. Other research questions included: Problems related to the shortage of skilled work force, restrictions in pounding row material, financing problems, having opportunities available to alternative investment, Lack of strong support from governments. International exercise organizations activities in domestic markets and also negative influence of These Private sectors investment in industrial production sports equipment and Well – Known brands in domestic bazar.
