تدوین الگوی کاربست فناوری دفتر کل توزیع ‌‌شده در مدیریت باشگاه‌‌های ورزشی حرفه‌‌ای ایران

امروزه، لزوم استفاده از فناوری‌‌های روز دنیا در کسب‌وکار یکی از الزامات سازمان‌‌ها برای عقب نماندن از عرصه رقابت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی کاربست فناوری دفتر کل توزیع‌‌ شده (دی. ال. تی) در مدیریت باشگاه‌‌های ورزشی حرفه‌‌ای ایران صورت گرفت. روش انجام پژوهش، آمیخته با استفاده از دو روش کیفی متوالی گراندد تئوری (با رویکرد گلیزری) و دلفی بود. در مرحله اول گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌‌ای و اسنادی در ارتباط با موضوع پژوهش و پیشینه تحقیق بود تا گویه‌‌ها و ابعاد موردنظر در ارتباط با موضوع استخراج شود و هم‌راستا با آن به ترتیب مصاحبه‌‌های باز و نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان انتخاب ‌‌شده از طریق نمونه‌‌گیری به روش گلوله برفی، تا رسیدن به اشباع و اجماع نظری (20 نفر)، صورت پذیرفت. با توجه به رویکرد گلیزری در تحلیل داده‌‌ها، کدگذاری در دو مرحله کدگذاری حقیقی (شامل باز و انتخابی) و کدگذاری نظری صورت پذیرفت و سوالات پژوهش از دل مصاحبه‌‌ها استخراج شد. سپس برای تایید مقوله‌‌های یافت شده از روش دلفی استفاده شد. در نهایت، موارد تاثیرگذار در کاربست فناوری دفتر کل توزیع‌‌ شده در مدیریت باشگاه‌‌های حرفه‌‌ای ورزشی ایرانی در چهار مقوله اصلی عوامل زمینه‌‌ساز، انگیزاننده، بازدارنده و تسهیل‌‌کننده شناسایی و با بهره‌‌گیری از یافته‌‌های پژوهش، الگوی گذار باشگاه ورزشی حرفه‌‌ای از وضعیت فعلی به وضعیت مطلوب با به‌کارگیری دی. ال. تی و هرم نیازها و شبکه ارتباطی باشگاه ورزشی حرفه‌‌ای مجهز به دی. ال. تی ترسیم شد.

development of the distributed ledger technology application model in the management of iranian professional sports clubs

today, the need to use the latest technologies in business is one of the requirements of organizations to stay ahead of the competition. the purpose of current research was development of the distributed ledger technology (dlt( application model in the management of iranian professional sports clubs. the research method was mixed method, using two consecutive qualitative methods, grounded theory (with the glaserian approach) and delphi. in the first stage, the collection of information was through library and document studies related to the research topic and the background of the research in order to extract the desired items and dimensions related to the topic and simultaneously, respectively, open and  semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts selected through snowball sampling until saturation and theoretical consensus were reached (20 people). according to glaseri’s approach, in data analysis, coding was  performed  in two steps: substantive coding (including open and selective) and theoretical coding, and research questions were extracted from the interviews. then, the delphi method was used to verify the founded categories. finally, the influential cases in the deployment of distributed ledger technology in the management of iranian professional sports clubs were identified in four main categories of underlying, motivating, inhibiting and facilitating factors, and using the findings of the research, the transition pattern of the professional sports club using dlt from the current state to the desired state and the pyramid of needs and the communication network of the professional sports club equipped with dlt was drawn.
