طراحی الگوی فرآیند مدیریت امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی.

تحقیق حاضر با هدف، طراحی الگوی فرآیند مدیریت امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را اعضای هیئت علمی رشته مدیریت ورزشی، مدیران اجرائی، کارشناسان ورزش اداره کل وزارت ورزش و جوانان، روسا و کارشناسان هیئت ها و کلیه برگزارکنندگان سابق و فعلی رویدادهای ورزشی در استان آذربایجان غربی در رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی تشکیل دادند. حجم جامعه آماری 196 نفر بود که حجم نمونه تحقیق با استفاده از روش تمام شمار 196 نفر انتخاب شد. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 57 گویه‌ای فرآیند مدیریت امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی استفاده شد. برای سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا از طریق نرم‌افزار بهره گرفته شد و به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری پایایی، از روش آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. در این تحقیق تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و pls مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که 5 معیار مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی، فناوری، تعامل و ارتباطات سازمانی، صلاحیت‌ها و اعتبارنامه پرسنل و طراحی و ساخت استادیوم به عنوان متغیرهای موثر در مدیریت امنیت قبل از برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی شناسایی شدند. در ارتباط با مدیریت امنیت حین برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی، 2 عامل مدیریت بحران و فرماندهی و کنترل، همچنین 3 عامل ثبت و نگهداری اطلاعات، بررسی و تحلیل و امنیت نیروی انسانی، به عنوان متغیرهای موثر در مدیریت امنیت حین برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی شناسایی شدند. در ارتباط با عامل‌های شناسایی شده، عامل بررسی و تحلیل بیشترین تاثیر را داشت.

designing a sports event security management process model

the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the security management process of sporting events. the statistical population of the present study consisted of faculty members of sports management, executive managers, sports experts of the general directorate of the ministry of sports and youth, heads and experts of boards and all former and current organizers of sports events in west azerbaijan province in various sports. the size of the statistical population was 196 people and the sample size of the research was selected using the whole number method of 196 people. direction data were collected using a 57-item researcher-made questionnaire on event security management process. the face and content validity of the questionnaire was reviewed and confirmed by 7 professors specializing in the field of sports event security management. convergent validity and divergent validity were used to measure validity through software and cronbach’s alpha and combined reliability were used to measure reliability. in this study, data analysis was performed using spss and pls software. the results of this study showed that 5 criteria of management and planning, technology, organizational interaction and communication, competencies and personnel credentials and stadium design and construction were identified as effective variables in security management before sporting events. in relation to security management during sporting events 2 factors of crisis management and command and control as effective variables identified in security management during sporting events. in relation to security management after sporting events, three factors of information recording and maintenance, review and analysis, and manpower security were identified as effective variables in security management after sporting events. finally, suggestions were made based on the results of testing the research hypotheses.
