طراحی الگوی توسعه مسئولیت اجتماعی اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و تدوین الگوی توسعه مسئولیت اجتماعی اداره تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور بود که برای این منظور، 115 عضو هیئت علمی تربیت بدنی، مدیرکل، کارشناس اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور کشور در دو بخش کمی و کیفی به صورت کل‌شمار انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه محقق ساخته 22 سوالی پاسخ دادند. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش نامه بر اساس نظرات محققان مدیریت ورزشی مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (96%) به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از عاملی اکتشافی، آزمون رتبه بندی فریدمن و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزارهای spss نسخه 23 و اسمات پی ال اس استفاده شد.یافته ها نشان داد که مدل عوامل موثر بر ارتقا مسئولیت اجتماعی اداره تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور متشکل از 5 بعد ذی نفعان، اجتماعی، توجه به محیط زیست، اقتصادی و داوطلبانه است که با توجه به نتیجه آزمون فریدمن (p<0/01, χ2=26/18)، به ترتیب ابعاد اجتماعی، داوطلبانه، محیط زیستی، ذی نفعان و اقتصادی از اولویت برخوردارند. و شاخص‌های برازش مدل از مقدار قابل قبول و مطلوب برخوردار بوده و مدل تحقیق مورد تایید است.

Design a model for the development of social responsibility of the Physical Education General Directorate of Payame Noor University

The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of social responsibility of the Physical Education General Directorate of Payame Noor University. The 115 pepole of manegers and experts and faculty members were selected and answered the researchermade questionnaire of 22 fivepoint Likert questions. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on the opinions of sports management researchers and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (96%). In order to analyze the data, heuristic factor, Friedman ranking test and structural equation analysis were used with the help of SPSS software version 23 and nameplateFindings showed that the model of factors affecting the promotion of social responsibility of Payame Noor University Physical Education Department consists of 5 dimensions of stakeholders, social, environmental, economic and voluntary, which according to the result of Friedman test based on a significant priority among them. (2x 26/18, P <0.01), social, voluntary, environmental, stakeholder and economic dimensions have priority, respectively. And the fit indices of the model have an acceptable and desirable value and the research model is approved.
