نقش آفرینی فرهنگ دانش بنیان با رویکرد مدیریت دانش در پیشبرد کارکردهای دانشگاه نسل سوم (مطالعه موردی: دانشکده های علوم ورزشی)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش فرهنگ دانش بنیان با رویکرد مدیریت دانش در پیشبرد کارکردهای دانشگاه نسل سوم، مطالعه موردی دانشکده های علوم ورزشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده های (دولتی) علوم ورزشی کل کشور می باشد. برآورد حجم نمونه به روش نمونه گیری کل شمار انتخاب گردید که پس از ارسال ابزار پژوهش، تعداد 268 پرسشنامه صحیح عودت داده شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها و اندازه گیری متغیرهای مدل از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشتمل بر 24 سوال استفاده گردید که پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (92/0) و پایایی ترکیبی و روایی آن نیز با استفاده از روایی همگرا (تایید بارهای عاملی و مقدار ave ) و روایی تشخیصی تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و برای ارائه مدل، تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری از نرم افزار spss23 وlisrel8.5 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر فرهنگ دانش بنیان بر مدیریت دانش مثبت و معنادار است و منجر به پیشبرد کارکردهای آموزشی، پژوهشی و کارآفرینی دانشکده های علوم ورزشی می شود. هم چنین، تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر پیشبرد کارکردهای دانشگاه نسل سوم در دانشکده های علوم ورزشی مثبت و معنادار است. به علاوه نقش میانجی مدیریت دانش در رابطه بین فرهنگ دانش بنیان و کارکردهای دانشگاه نسل سوم در دانشکده های علوم ورزشی تایید گردید.

The role of knowledge-based culture with the knowledge management approach in advancing the third-generation university functions (Case study: Sports science faculties)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of knowledgebased culture (KBC) with the knowledge management (KM) approach in advancing the functions of thirdgeneration university, a case study of sports science faculties. The population includes the faculty members of the (public) colleges of sports science throughout the country. The sample was selected by the total sampling method and 268 questionnaires were returned. A researchermade questionnaire consisting of 24 questions was used for data collection that its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0/92) and the combined reliability and validity were confirmed using convergent validity (confirmation of factor load and AVE value) and diagnostic validity. Descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze data by the 23rd version of SPSS and to provide the model, equation modeling technique was used by LISREL8.5 software. The results showed that the impact of KBC on KM is positive and significant and leads to the advancement of educational, research and entrepreneurial functions of sport science faculties. Also, the impact of KM on the advancement of thirdgeneration university functions in sport science faculties is positive and significant. In addition, the mediating role of KM in the relationship between KBC and thirdgeneration university functions in sport science faculties was confirmed.
