تبیین اثر رهبری اخلاقی بر عملکرد نوآورانه با توجه به نقش میانجی حکمرانی خوب در ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب ایران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین اثر رهبری اخلاقی بر عملکرد نوآورانه باتوجه به نقش میانجی حکمرانی خوب در ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب ایران بود. : روش تحقیق، توصیفی پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان غرب ایران (286=n) بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده ، تعداد182 نفر به پرسشنامه ها پاسخ دادند. از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد؛ رهبری اخلاقی کالشون و همکاران(2011)، حکمرانی خوب احمدی و همکاران(1396) و عملکرد نوآورانه هوانگ ولی(2002) استفاده شد. از تحلیل عاملی برای بررسی روایی سازه پرسش‌نامه و از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار لیزرل، برای ارائه مدل پژوهش استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مکنون و شاخص‌های متناظر با آن‌ها همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت. همچنین رهبری اخلاقی به‌صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق متغیر میانجی حکمرانی خوب بر عملکرد نوآورانه به میزان 69/0 اثر داشت. به بیانی دیگر متغیر حکمرانی خوب میانجی‌گر مثبت بین متغیر رهبری اخلاقی و عملکرد نوآورانه بود. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رهبری اخلاقی می‌تواند با کمک حکمرانی خوب منجر به تقویت عملکرد نوآورانه در ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور شود.

Explanation the Effect Model Ethical Leadership on Innovative Performance With Mediating Role of Good Governance of Sports and Youth Offices in West of Iran

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of moral leadership on innovative performance regarding the role of mediator of good governance in sports departments and youth in western Iran. The research method is descriptivesurvey and in terms of applied purpose.The statistical population included experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Western Iran (n = 286) who were selected through simple random sampling, and 182 responded to the questionnaires. Three standard questionnaires, the Ethical Leadership of Calhoun et al. (2011), Ahmadi et al. (2017) and Innovative Performance of Huang and Lee (2002) were used. Factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of the structure of the questionnaire and the structural equation modelling with Lisrel software to present the research model. The findings showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between the variables and the corresponding indices. Also, ethical leadership indirectly and through the mediating variable of good governance influenced innovative performance by 0.69. In other words, the good governance variable was a positive mediator between the variable of moral leadership and innovative performance. The conclusion of the research shows that moral leadership can, with the help of good governance, lead to the strengthening of innovative performance in sports departments and youth in the West.
