تحلیل عوامل محیطی و سازمانی موثر بر بروز پرخاشگری و خشونت تماشاچیان مسابقات والیبال ایران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل عوامل محیطی و سازمانی موثر بر بروز پرخاشگری و خشونت تماشاچیان مسابقات والیبال باشگاهی در ایران بود. جامعه آماری مسئولان برگزاری مسابقات و کادر فنی تیم‏های والیبال لیگ برتر و دسته یک مردان باشگاه‏های ایران در سال‏های 95 و 96، در مجموع 149 نفر بودند که تعداد نمونه‏ها برابر با جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. برای دست‏یابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسش‏نامه 46 سوالی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش‏نامه به تایید 15 نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی و روایی سازه با تحلیل عامل تاییدی تایید شد. پایایی پرسش‏نامه در یک مطالعه مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ 0.88 محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از روش‏های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله آزمون بارتلت، kmo ، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و اکتشافی با چرخش واریمکس توسط نرم افزار spss و amos استفاده شد.  با توجه به نتیجه آزمون فریدمن، مقدار خی دو 17.005 با درجه آزادی 3 و سطح معناداری 0.001 با 95 درصد اطمینان می‏توان بیان کرد که بین اولویت عوامل موثر بر رفتارهای نابهنجار تماشاچیان والیبال تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و در بین عوامل محیطی به ترتیب اولویت سه عامل شرایط جایگاه ها، ایمنی و کنترل و خدمات رفاهی و در بین عوامل سازمانی به ترتیب سه عامل حساسیت مسابقه، فرهنگ و برنامه‏ریزی و اجرای مسابقه به عنوان مولفه‏های موثر بر پرخاشگری و خشونت تماشاچیان والیبال در ایران نقش دارند و لزوم مدیریت صحیح برگزاری مسابقات را تبیین می کند.

Analysis of Environmental and Organizational Factors Affecting the Aggression and Violence of Iranian Volleyball Spectators

The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental and organizational factors affecting the aggression and violence of the volleyball spectators in Iran. The statistical society and also the  samples were the organizers of the competition and the staff of the Premier League volleyball teams of Iran in 2016 and 2017 were 149 in total. A researchermade questionnaire of 46 questions was used that it’s face and content validity was confirmed by 15 sports management stakeholders and it’s construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated with Cronbach’s alpha (0.88). Data analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS softwares. According to the Friedman test, the Xi value of 17/005 with the degree of freedom 3 and the significance level of 0.001 with 95% confidence that it could be stated that there is a significant difference between the priority of factors affecting the abnormal behaviors of volleyball spectators and among environmental factors, respectively, the priority of three factors of conditions of places, safety and control and welfare services and among organizational factors, respectively, three factors of competition sensitivity. , Culture and planning and implementation of the competition as effective components on the aggression and violence of volleyball spectators in Iran and explain the need for proper management of the tournament.
