تعیین شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور با کارت امتیازی متوازن

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور با کارت امتیازی متوازن بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از 200 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی ، مدیران قبلی و فعلی اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور، مسئولین و متخصصین، مطلعین و خبرگان آشنا به کارت امتیازی متوازن بود که تعداد 132 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به طور تصادفی ساده برای نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای دست‌یابی به اهداف پژوهش در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تایید 15 نفر از متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 82/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزبه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده در بخش کمی از روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از جمله مجذور کای و آلفای کرونباخ و در بخش کیفی نیز از روش استقرای منطقی استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور چهار منظر مالی، دانشگاهی، فرآیندهای داخلی و یادگیری و رشد، 44 هدف استراتژیک و 139 سنجه دارد.

Developing Performance Assessment Indicators of the General Administration of Physical Education of Payame Noor University through Balanced Scorecard

The purpose of this study was to developing Performance assessment indicators of the general administration of Physical Education of Payame Noor University through balanced scorecard. The statistical population consists 200 of the previous and present managers and human resources of the general administration of physical education, and experts who were familiar with BSC. On the basis of Morgan table, 132 persons were randomly selected of research samples. The qualitative interview and selfmade questionnaire were used as investigation tools. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.82 respectively. For quantitative analysis, description statistical methods and inferential statistics such as chisquare, and KS, Chronbach’s alpha were used and for qualitative analysis logical inductive reasoning method was used. The results showed that the general administration of physical education of Payame Noor University has four perspectives, such as the financial perspective, the collegiate perspective, the internal process perspective, and the learning & growth perspective, 44 strategic objectives, and as well as 139 measurements.
