شناسایی مولفه‌های دانشگاه بزرگسالان با تاکید بر دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی

اهداف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی چارچوب مفهومی دانشگاه بزرگسالان با تاکید بر دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون استقرایی استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان بالقوه این پژوهش متخصصان آموزش عالی، دانشجویان بزرگسال تحصیلات تکمیلی و بازنشستگان در حال تحصیل در دانشگاه بودند؛ که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاک مدار 31 نفر از بین آن‌ها به عنوان مشارکت کننده انتخاب شدند. ملاک انتخاب مشارکت کنندگان داشتن تجربه لازم در در زمینه آموزش بزرگسالان (حداقل 1 مقاله، 1 کتاب و یا حداقل 1 سال تدریس در زمینه آموزش بزرگسالان)، و یا بودن در زمره دانشجوی بزرگسال و یا بازنشسته تحصیلات تکمیلی بود. معیار انتخاب نمونه‌گیری اشباع نظری داده‌ها بود. اعتبار‌یابی پژوهش با استفاده از چهار معیار قابلیت اعتبار (باورپذیری)، بی طرفی (تائیدپذیری)، قابلیت اطمینان (سازگاری)، و قابلیت کاربرد (انتقال‌پذیری) انجام شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که چارچوب مفهومی دانشگاه بزرگسالان از 3 بعد (کلیدی، محتوایی و اجرایی) و 20 ملاک (تعلق خاطر،آزادی عمل و تکریم، خودآگاهی، گروه محوری، انگیزه بخشی، ابراز وجود، مهارت محوری، ارتباطات، یادگیری مادام العمر، انعطاف، ارزشیابی و مرشدیت، نیازمحوری، هدفگذاری، سیاست‌گذاری، بستر سازی، خلق محتوا، اجرا و ارزیابی) تشکیل شده است.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به ابعاد و ملاک‌های کشف شده در این تحقیق راه را برای ایجاد دانشگاه بزرگسالان و حساسیت لازم در این عرصه را فراهم می‌آورد.

identifying the components of adult universities with an emphasis on islamic azad universities

purpose: the primary aim of this research was to design a conceptual framework for adult universities with a focus on islamic azad universities.method: the qualitative method of inductive theme analysis was employed in this research. potential participants included higher education professionals, adult graduate students, and retirees studying at universities; 31 of them were selected as participants through targeted sampling. the selection criteria for participants were having the necessary experience in adult education (at least one article, one book, or at least one year of teaching in the field of adult education) or being among adult students or retired graduate students. the sampling selection criterion was theoretical saturation of the data. validation of the research was conducted using four criteria: credibility, neutrality, reliability, and applicability.findings: the findings revealed that the conceptual framework of adult universities consists of three dimensions (key, content, and implementation) and 20 criteria (related to the mind, freedom of action and respect, self-awareness, group orientation, motivation, self-expression, skill development, communication, lifelong learning, flexibility, evaluation and mentorship, needs orientation, goal setting, policy making, platform creation, content development, implementation, and evaluation).conclusion: attention to the dimensions and criteria uncovered in this research paves the way for establishing an adult university and ensures the necessary sensitivity in this field.
