ارزیابی دیدگاه کارورزان پزشکی عمومی پیرامون میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاقی آموزش دهندگان بالینی پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در سال های 1400-1398

مقدمه: در مطالعه حاضر، دیدگاه کارورزان پزشکی عمومی در مورد رعایت اصول اخلاقی در بین اساتید بالینی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی (nkums) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، 90 کارورز پزشکی عمومی شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی nkums با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا مشتمل بر سه بخش 1) اطلاعات دموگرافیک 2) ارزیابی کدهای اخلاقی اساتید بالینی (9 مولفه با 54 گویه) و 3) ارزیابی کدهای اخلاقی در گروه های مختلف بالینی بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت 5 درجه ای جمع آوری شد.یافته ها: میزان رعایت کلی کدهای اخلاقی برای اساتید بالینی 1.08 ± 3.50 در سطح نیمه مطلوب یا متوسط بود. بیشترین امتیاز به ترتیب مربوط به وجدان کاری (1.00 ± 3.85) و رازداری (0.98 ± 3.76) و کمترین امتیاز به ترتیب مربوط به توجه به دانشجویان (1.14 ± 3.09) و سعه صدر و خوش‌خلقی  (1.13 ± 3.19) بود. نتایج ما همچنین نشان داد که گروه‌های طب اورژانس و اطفال به ترتیب بالاترین و کمترین سطح رعایت کدهای اخلاق را دارند. در گروه‌های مختلف آموزش بالینی از نظر میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاقی  تفاوت های آماری معناداری مشاهده شد (0.05 ˂p). نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج پیشنهاد می‌دهد اگرچه رعایت اصول اخلاقی در بین اساتید بالینی در سطح نیمه مطلوبی قرار دارد، اما آنها باید توجه بیشتری به دانشجویان داشته باشند و با صبر و خوش‌خلقی  با آنها برخورد ‌کنند.

evaluation the level of compliance with ethical codes for clinical medicine educators in nkums from medical interns’ viewpoints during 2019-2022

introduction: in the present study, we investigated the viewpoint of clinical internship students about respecting the codes of ethics among clinical medicine educators in north khorasan university of medical sciences (nkums). methods: in this descriptive cross-sectional study, 90 clinical internship students who were training in educational hospitals of nkums selected using simple random sampling. the data were collected using a valid, reliable researcher-made questionnaire, which consisted of three parts: 1) demographic information 2) evaluating the ethical codes for clinical medicine educators (9 components with 54 items), and 3) evaluation of ethical codes in different clinical departments based on a 5-point likert scale.results: the overall compliance with ethical codes for clinical medicine educators was 3.50 ± 1.08 at a semi-desirable or average level. the highest scores were respectively related to work conscience (3.85 ± 1.00) and secrecy (3.76 ± 0.98) and the lowest scores were respectively related to attention to the student (3.09 ± 1.14) and patience and good manners (3.19 ± 1.13). our results also showed that departments of emergency medicine and pediatrics have the highest and the lowest ethics compliance levels. we observed significant differences between clinical departments in level of compliance with ethical codes (p˂ 0.05).conclusion: taken together, these results suggest that, although respecting the codes of ethics among clinical medicine educators in nkums are at a semi-desirable level, clinical medicine educators pay more attention to students and deal with them patiently and with good manners.
