بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری از وضعیت آموزش کارآموزی مدیریت در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کاشمر

چکیده: پرستاران یکی ازرده های مهم مدیریت دربیمارستانها محسوب می شوند وعدم آموزش صحیح مدیریت دربالین به آنان صدمات جبران ناپذیری به بدنه سازمان بهداشت ودرمان خواهد بود،بنابراین مطالعه حاضرباهدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری از وضعیت آموزش کارآموزی مدیریت دردانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کاشمرانجام گرفت.دراین مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کاشمرکه درسال تحصیلی 97-98 دروس تئوری وکارآموزی مدیریت خدمات پرستاری را گذرانده بودند به تعداد 80 نفربه روش تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه‌ای پژوهشگرساخته شامل 4سوال درباره مشخصات فردی و37 سوال درزمینه های مختلف وضعیت آموزش کارآموزی مدیریت جمع‌آوری وبا استفاده ازآمارتوصیفی واستنباطی تحلیل شد.دانشجویان مورد مطالعه حیطه برنامه ومحتوای درسی کارآموزی مدیریت خدمات پرستاری را با میانگین وانحراف معیار (8.06±2.36 ) وحیطه های عملکرد و ویژگی های مدرسان بالینی(2.94±7.48) وعملکرد وهمکاری کارکنان بیمارستان (2.56 ±7.56) را خوب و امکانات و تجهیزات محیط کارآموزی (3.63±5.30) را متوسط ارزیابی کردند، همچنین دانشجویان علاقه مند به رشته پرستاری نسبت به غیرعلاقه‌مندان نمره بیشتری به هر یک ازحیطه های آموزش کاراموزی مدیریت داده وعملکرد و همکاری کارکنان بیمارستان را بیشترارزیابی نمودند(0.05 p˂).بنابراین برقراری تعاملات سازنده بین مسئولین دانشگاه با مسئولین شبکه وبیمارستان ها می تواند درجهت تهیه امکانات کافی محیط کارآموزی وهمکاری وعملکرد سازنده دوجانبه واحترام به دانشجویان موثرواقع شود،نظارت مداوم مدیر گروه پرستاری ومعاون آموزشی دانشگاه برعملکرد مدرسان بالینی،برگزاری جلسات توجیهی برای مربیان حق التدریس وآموزش بیشتربه دانشجویان در تعاملات بین فردی با بیماران وپرسنل پیشنهاد می گردد.

survey of nursing students’ views on the status of management internship training in islamic azad university of kashmar

abstract:nurses are one of the most important categories of management in hospitals,the aim of this study was to investigate the views of nursing students on the status of clinical education in management at the islamic azad university of kashmar. in this descriptive cross-sectional study,80 nursing students of islamic azad university, kashmar branch, who had passed courses in nursing services management in the academic year of 2019,were selected by census method.data were analyzed by a researcher-made questionnaire including five questions about demographic characteristics and 37 questions in different contexts of training management internship training status using descriptive and inferential statistics. the students studied the domain of nursing services management internship curriculum and contentwith mean and standard deviation(8.06±2.36)and the domain of performance and characteristics of clinical instructors (7.48±2.94)and evaluated performance and cooperation of hospital staff(7.56±2.56)as good andfacilities and equipment of internship environment(5.30±3.36)as moderate.also, students interested in nursing gave a higher score to each of the areas of management training than those who were not interested and rated performance and cooperation of hospital staff more (p˂0.05). establishing constructive interactions between university officials and health network officials and city hospitals can provide adequate facilities for internships and cooperation and constructive mutual performance and respect for students to be effective and continuous supervision of the university vice chancellor and director of nursing department on the performance of clinical instructors,holding briefings for tutors and further training of students in interpersonal interactions with patients and personnel are recommended.keywords: student perspective,management internship,nursing student,education
