ارائه مدل توسعه یافتگی بر مبنای کیفیت خدمات آموزش در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و بیمارستان های سازمان تامین اجتماعی جنوب غرب کشور

مقدمه: از راهکارهای دوام سازمان های قرن بیست و یکم، توسعه سازمانی و همسو شدن با تغییر و تحولات سریع می‌باشد به‌طوری‌که توسعه سازمانی می تواند از طریق بهبود هدفمند قابلیت ها و شایستگی ها توانمندی لازم، برای پاسخ به اقتضائات محیطی را ایجاد نماید تا سازمان اثربخش تر عمل کند. این مفهوم ارتباط تنگانگی با کیفیت خدمات دارد، از این رو در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین میزان توسعه‌یافتگی و کیفیت خدمات با توجه به نقش ساختار سازمانی پرداخته شده است.مواد و روش ها: بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و بیمارستان‌های سازمان تامین اجتماعی جنوب غرب کشور به عنوان نمونه موردی انتخاب شده‌اند. بر اساس چارچوب روش پیشنهادی ضمن طراحی پرسش‌نامه‌های توسعه‌یافتگی، کیفیت خدمات و ساختار سازمانی، روایی و پایایی آن‌ها بررسی شده و سپس پرسش‌نامه‌ها در بین نمونه آماری توزیع و جمع‌آوری گردید. در ادامه ابتدا نمونه آماری توصیف شد، سپس نرمال بودن داده‌ها بررسی شده و با توجه به اینکه داده‌ها نرمال می‌باشند، از آزمون t مستقل، آزمون دانکن و تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه به منظور تعیین ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که آمارهt  شاخص‌های توسعه‌یافتگی، کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و ساختار سازمانی بزرگ‌تر از 1.96 هستند؛ بنابراین می توان گفت که بر اساس سطح معناداری، این شاخص‌ها در بیمارستان‌های مذکور مطلوب می‌باشند. نتایج بررسی همبستگی همچنین نشان می‌دهند که بین توسعه‌یافتگی، کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و ساختار سازمانی در این بیمارستان‌ها تفاوت وجود دارد.واژگان کلیدی: توسعه‌یافتگی، کیفیت خدمات آموزش، ساختار سازمانی، بیمارستان، علوم پزشکی، سازمان تامین اجتماعی.

providing a development model based on the quality of education services in the hospitals of the university of medical sciences and the hospitals of the social security organization in the southwest of the country

introduction: one of the strategies for the sustainability of 21st-century organizations is organizational development and adaptation to rapid change and transformation so that organizational development can provide the necessary ability to respond to environmental requirements by purposefully improving capabilities and competencies to make the organization more effective. this concept is closely related to service quality.materials and methods: the hospitals of the university of medical sciences and the hospitals of the social security organization of the southwest of the country have been selected as a case study. based on the framework of the proposed method, while designing the development questionnaires, service quality and organizational structure, their validity and reliability were checked and then the questionnaires were distributed and collected among the statistical sample. in the following, the statistical sample was first described, then the normality of the data was checked, and considering that the data were normal, independent t-test, duncan’s test and one-way analysis of variance were used to determine the relationship between the variables.conclusion: the results show that t-statistic indicators of development, quality of educational services, and organizational structure are greater than 1.96; therefore, it can be said that based on the level of significance, these indicators are desirable in these hospitals. the correlation study’s results also show a difference between development, quality of educational services, and organizational structure in thes keywords: development, quality of education services, organizational structure, hospital, medical sciences, social security organization.e hospitals
