ارائه مدل سبک شناسی رهبری مدیران مدارس

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و ارائه مدل سبک شناسی رهبری مدیران مدارس برای دوره متوسطه انجام شد. رکن اصلی رشد و توسعه و پیشرفت هر جامعه‌ای نیروی انسانی ماهر و متخصص آن جامعه است، تعلیم و تربیت در پرورش نسل آینده نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا می‌کند. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. رویکرد پژوهشی برای انجام این پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی بود. ابتدا در بخش کیفی پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و گروه کانونی استفاده شد. در مرحله دوم از روش پژوهش کمی و روش پرسشنامه به شیوه تحلیل توصیفی و استنباط استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه صاحب نظران حوزه مدیریت آموزشی و مدیران مدارس و برنامه ریزان مدیریتی در مدارس بودند. حجم نمونه تحقیق با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 480 نفر مدیران و معلمان و 20 نفر هیات علمی و پرسشنامه اعتبار یابی 74 سوالی(135 نفر) گردآوری شد. اعتبار پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته توسط صاحب نظران تایید، و پایایی پرسشنامه ها به ترتیب بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ(0.85)و(0.97) محاسبه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش، در بخش کیفی، از روش تحلیل محتوای مضمونی با استفاده از کدگذاری مصاحبه ها به وسیله نرم افزار maxqda و در بخش کمی از نرم افزار spss و smart plsاستفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد عناصر سبک شناسی رهبری مدیران مدارس شامل 13 عنصر بود که بعد از ارائه مدل و بررسی ضرایب تاثیر و همبستگی همگی متغیرها تایید شد. در نهایت با توجه به الگوی ارائه شده می توان اقدامات لازم را اجرا نمود.

Presenting a Model of Leadership Styles for High School Principals

The aim of this study was to design and present a model of leadership styles for high school principals. The main pillar of growth and development of any society is the skilled and specialized human resources in that society, and education plays a very important role in nurturing the next generation. This research is applied in terms of purpose, using an exploratory mixed methods approach. In the qualitative phase of research, a semistructured interview and a focus group were used to collect the data. In the quantitative phase of research, a questionnaire was used based on descriptive analysis and inference. The statistical population of the study included all experts in the field of educational management as well as school principals and management planners in schools. The sample size of the research based on Cochran’s formula was 480 principals and teachers and 20 faculty members, and a validation questionnaire of 74 questions (135 people). The validity of the researchermade questionnaire was confirmed by experts, and the reliability of the questionnaires based on Cronbach’s alpha was calculated to be (0.85) and (0.97), respectively. Analysis of research data in the qualitative phase involved thematic content analysis method using interview coding by MAXQDA software, and in a quantitative phase, data analysis was done by SPSS and SmartPLS. The results showed that school principals’ leadership styles included 13 elements, which were confirmed after presenting the model and examining the effect size and correlation of all variables. Finally, the necessary measures can be taken according to the proposed model.
