بررسی الگوی صلاحیت های حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان بوشهر

نقش صلاحیت حرفه ای در تغییر نظام آموزشی بسیار تعیین کننده و غیرقابل جایگزین است. دستیابی به اهداف نظام آموزش و پرورش، بدون وجود معلمانی برخوردار از توانمندی ها و شایستگی های حرفه ای میسر نمی شود. به طوری که نقش صلاحیت حرفه ای در عملکرد معلم بازتاب و تجلی یابد.این تحقیق با هدف اعتباربخشی الگوی صلاحیت های حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان بوشهر انجام گرفته است.جامعه آماری تحقیق اساتید ، کارشناسان و دانشجویان ورودی96,97و98 می باشند. داده های تحقیق  با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ، جمع آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. برای پاسخ گویی به پرسش های پژوهش و آزمون فرضیه ها و برازندگی مدل از آمار استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (pls) استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده ضرورت کسب صلاحیت حرفه ای بر مفاهیم صلاحیت حرفه ای تاثیرمعناداری دارد. مفاهیم صلاحیت حرفه ای، خصوصیات دانشجومعلمان در اجرای اهداف و عوامل تقویت صلاحیت حرفه ای  بر مولفه های صلاحیت حرفه ای تاثیرمعناداری دارد و مولفه های صلاحیت حرفه ای  بر نقش صلاحیت حرفه ای در تغییر نظام آموزشی تاثیرمعناداری دارد.

Investigating the model of professional competencies of student teachers of Farhangian University of Bushehr province

The role of professional competence in changing the educational system is very decisive and irreplaceable. Achieving the goals of the education system is not possible without teachers having professional capabilities and competencies. The role of professional competence is reflected and manifested in teacher performance. This study was conducted with the aim of validating the model of professional competencies of student teachers at Farhangian University of Bushehr province. The statistical population of the research included professors, experts and student entrants of 2017, 2018 and 2019. Participants were selected through random sampling, and data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data in SPSS.20 and SmartPLS.2 statistical software. In order to answer the research questions and test the hypotheses and the suitability of the model, inferential statistics, structural equation modeling, and partial least squares (PLS) method were used. Based on the obtained results, the necessity of gaining professional competence had a significant effect on the concepts of professional competence. The concepts of professional competence, student teacher characteristics in implementing the goals, and factors contributing to strengthening professional competence have a significant effect on the components of professional competence. The components of professional competence have a significant effect on the role of professional competence in changing the educational system.
