تاثیر رهبری همنوا بر پویایی آموزشی با نقش میانجی امنیت روانی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر ابعاد رهبری همنوا بر پویایی آموزشی با نقش میانجی امنیت روانی جهت ارائه مدل در مدارس آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران بوده است. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع زمینه یابی و از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده است، داده های مورد نظر بر اساس پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با روش آمیخته (کیفی–کمی) که روایی صوری و محتوایی با میانگین (0.72= cvr) و پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0.87) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدیران مدارس سه دوره تحصیلی سال 1397 بوده است (4865 نفر) که ازاین جامعه تعداد 360 نفر با بهره گیری از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبفه ای بر حسب دوره تحصیلی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، آزمون فریدمن، معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و لیزلرل استفاده شده است. یافته های حاصل از تحلیل منجر به شناسایی پنج عامل به ترتیب شامل رهبری مربی نگر، ژرف نگر، روانشناسانه، مردم سالاری و پیوند جویانه گردید. هم چنین یافته ها نشان دادند که مدل حاصل از برازش مناسب برخوردار بوده و علاوه بر تاثیر رهبری همنوا بر پویایی آموزشی، نقش امنیت روانی بعنوان متغیر میانجی مورد تائید است؛ بنابراین شناسایی و ترویج و بکارگیری ابعاد و مولفه های رهبری همنوا و هم چنین ایجاد امنیت روانی مناسب در محیط مدرسه که زمینه ساز پویایی آموزشی است، می توانند ملاک و معیار مناسبی برای دستیابی به اهداف آموزش و پرورش در مدارس باشند.

Thr effect of resonant leadership on educational dynamics with the mediating role of psychological security

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dimensions of resonant leadership on educational dynamics with the mediating role of psychological security in to provide a model for schools of the Education Office of Mazandaran province. This research was a descriptive survey which was applied in terms of its purpose. The data were collected with a researchermade questionnaire using a mixed methods approach (qualitativequantitative). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was (cvr = 0.72), and its reliability was evaluated through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.87). The statistical population of this study included school principals of three academic programs in the academic year 2018 (n = 4865), of whom, 360 were selected as participants using stratified random sampling method according to the academic program. Exploratory factor analysis, Friedman test, and structural equations in SPSS and LISLERL were used to analyze the data. Five factors were identified after analysis of the results: coaching leadership, insightful leadership, psychological leadership, democratic leadership, and connective leadership. The findings also showed that the model has a good fit and in addition to the effect of resonant leadership on educational dynamics, the role of mental security as a mediating variable was confirmed. Therefore, identifying, promoting and applying the dimensions and components of resonant leadership can be a good criterion for achieving the educational goals in schools. Creating appropriate mental security in the school environment, which underlies educational dynamics, can also be helpful in this respect.
