   Design, implementation, evaluation and redesign of peer student support system (mentoring, ticketing, evaluation, development, empowerment and content management) in education and implementation in the form of an academic system within the university SEPAND (Student Network Support System) In the Covid Crisis 19

Abstract    Following the outbreak of Covid 19 disease, facetoface training became virtual training. Creating a gap between students and educational centers and students not interacting with professors and peers to meet educational needs, the need to create a student support system shows more than ever. Therefore, we decided to conduct a study with the aim of designing, implementing, evaluating and redesigning a peer student support system (mentoring, ticketing, formative evaluation, and empowerment and content management) in education and implementing it within the academic system SEPAND (Student Network Support System) in Covid 19 Crisis. After analyzing the situation and drawing the SWOT model, the proposed system was designed by the design working group and then the system was validated by experts through interviews. The model was implemented in four areas and to measure students' satisfaction with the system, a researchermade questionnaire was made electronically. They were placed. Preliminary results showed that students were satisfied with this student support system. The system was made available to all students of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences after the approval of the Virtual Education Council.
