بررسی نیاز سنجی آموزشی پرستاران در زمینه مدیریت پرستاری بحران در مراکز آموزشی درمانی تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز بر اساس مدل جنینگز

پرستاران اولین گروه مواجه با آسیب دیدگان در بیمارستان ها می باشند، بنابراین نیاز به آموزش های تخصصی در زمینه مدیریت بحران جهت کاهش تلفات و جایگزینی حادثه دیدگان بدون فوت وقت ضروری است. در مطالعه حاضر مدیریت بحران شناسایی و بکار گیری الگوی جنینگز در چارت فرماندهی کل حادثه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ای توصیفی _ پیمایشی بود و جامعه پژوهشی شامل مدیران بیمارستانها و دفاتر پرستاری، پرستاران بخشهایicu،ccu ، دیالیز، اورژانس، جراحی، اطاق عمل و پزشکان طب اورژانس که به تعداد 200 نفر و نمونه برابر جامعه بوده است. ابزار گردآوری پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که حاوی 42 سوال و بر اساس 5 حیطه تعهد مدیریت، آگاهی، آمادگی، سطح آموزش و انعطاف پذیری بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونه با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 19   انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از نظر شرکت کنندگان، تعهد مدیریت با اختلاف میانگین (2.09 )،  میزان آمادگی  (0.97)، توانایی انعطاف پذیری (1.53)، سطح آموزش (4.67) و میزان آگاهی  (3.41) به عنوان مهم ترین نیاز های آموزشی پرستاران تشخیص داده شد.بر طبق یافته های فوق نیاز پرستاران در اجرای دوره های مهارت آموزی قبل و حین و بعد از بحران در جهت استفاده از الگوی جنینگز بصورت کاربردی را طلب می نماید.

Evaluation of Nurses' Educational Needs Assessment in Crisis Nursing Management in the Educational and Medical Centers Affiliated to Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences based on Jennings Model

Nurses are the first group to deal with injuries in hospitals, hence the need for specialized training in emergency management field to reduce casualties and replace nonfatal injuries is essential. In the present research, crisis management was identified and applied to Jennings model in the overall incident command chart. The study was a descriptivesurvey study; in addition, the research population consisted of 200 participants: hospital managers, nursing offices and emergency medicine physicians working at operating room, ICU, CCU, dialysis, emergency, and surgery. The data gathering tool was a researchermade questionnaire consisted of 42 questions based on five domains of management commitment, awareness, preparedness, level of training and flexibility. Then, data were analyzed using one sample ttest and SPSS 19 software. According to the results, the participants indicated the most important educational needs with average difference considered for management commitment (2.9%), readiness (0.97), flexibility (1.53), education (4.67), and awareness (3.41), moreover, ttest (P = 0.05) showed significant differences in all domains for nurses. Therefore, nurses' need for practical training before, during and after the crisis in applying the Jennings model is required.
