ارائه الگوی ارتقای صلاحیت های حرفه ای برای معاونین پرورشی مدارس متوسطه استان بوشهر

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی ارتقای صلاحیت های حرفه ای برای معاونین پرورشی مدارس متوسطه استان بوشهر انجام پذیرفت. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی–بنیادی؛ از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها توصیفی – پیمایشی و از نظر نوع داده، ترکیبی (کیفیکمی) بود. جامعۀ آماری بخش کیفی پژوهش، شامل 24 نفر از خبرگان آموزش‌ و پرورش بود که به روش غیرتصادفی هدفمند، انتخاب شدند. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش در بخش کمی، شامل کلیه معاونین پرورشی مقاطع متوسطه استان بوشهر بود که با استفاده از روش تعیین نمونه در معادلات ساختاری و نمونه گیری خوشه ای مرحله ای، تعداد 318 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. روش تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی کدگذاری نظری بود و در بخش کمی، از آزمون هایی نظیرهمبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) بهره گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که مولفه های تشکیل دهنده صلاحیت حرفه ای معاونین پرورشی استان بوشهر شامل صلاحیت شناختیمهارتی، صلاحیت نگرشیرفتاری و صلاحیت مدیریتی بود. همچنین یافته های پژوهش نشان دادند که مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر صلاحیت حرفه ای معاونین شامل، عوامل درونی(ویژگیهای فردی، برنامه درسی ، مدیریت، فناوری اطلاعات) و عوامل بیرونی(سیاست های تربیتی، رسانه و جامعه سالم) بود. علاوه بر این در پژوهش حاضر، سازوکارها، بسترها و موانع پیش روی ارتقای صلاحیت حرفه ای معاونین پرورشی استان بوشهر شناسایی شد.

Providing a Model for Promotion of Professional Qualifications for Secondary School Assistants in Bushehr Province

The purpose of this study was to present a model for promoting professional competence for high school educational assistants in Bushehr province. The research method was appliedfundamental in terms of purpose; it was descriptivesurvey in terms of data collection method and it wasqualitativequantitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the study consisted of 24 education experts were selected through purposive nonrandom sampling. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1865 individuals in the secondary education of all high school deputies of Bushehr province. 318 persons were selected as sample using structural equation sampling method and multistage cluster sampling method. Data collection tools were semistructured interviews and researchermade questionnaires. Validity and reliability of the tools were calculated and verified. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part of theoretical coding was based on the data theoretic method and in quantitative part, tests such as Pearson correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used. The results showed that the components of professional competence of Boushehr provincial deputies included cognitiveskill competency, attitudebehavioral competency and managerial competence. The findings also showed that the factors influencing the professional competence of the assistants included internal factors (individual characteristics, curriculum, management, information technology) and external factors (educational policies, media and a healthy society). In addition, in the present study, mechanisms, platforms and barriers to promotion of professional competence of farm assistants in Bushehr province were identified.
