طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی درس کارآفرینی برای دورۀ کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های ذهنی روانی کارآفرینان آموزشی

هدف از انجام این تحقیق، طراحی الگوی درس کارآفرینی در دوره کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های ذهنی روانی کارآفرینان آموزشی و ارزشیابی آن از منظر متخصصان ذی‌ربط بود. این ‌تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ ابزار از نوع ارزشیابی و روش انجام آن زمینه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه متخصصان برنامه‌ریزی درسی و متخصصان کارآفرینی شاغل در دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 182 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است که بر اساس الگوی برنامه درسی کارآفرینی طراحی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (خی دو) استفاده شد. برای طراحی الگوی برنامه‌ درسی کارآفرینی ابتدا مولفه‌های کارآفرینی شامل سه مولفه دانش، نگرش و مهارت استخراج و عناصر برنامه درسی شامل اهداف، محتوا، روش تدریس و روش ارزشیابی، بر اساس هر مولفه تنظیم گشت. نتایج کلی تحقیق نشان داد تمامی عناصر برنامه درسی کارآفرینی یعنی هدف، محتوی، روش تدریس و روش ارزشیابی از دیدگاه متخصصان برنامه درسی و کارآفرینی مورد تایید است و بین نظریه های این گروه ها تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. در نتیجه برای ایجاد رشد اقتصادی و نوآوری در مشاغل مختلف، افزایش شهروندان شاد و توانا در حل مسائل و موضوعات درازمدت، داشتن سلامت فکری و روحی، درک فرصت‌ها و خلاءها، ارائه «درس کارآفرینی» با توجه به ویژگی‌های ذهنی روانی کارآفرینان آموزشی به عنوان یک واحد اجباری در رشته آموزش ابتدایی ضروری است.

Design and Evaluation of EntrepreneurshipCourse Model based on Mentalpsychological Characteristics of educational entrepreneurs for B.A. of Elementary Education

The purpose of this study was to develop a pattern and evaluate an entrepreneurship curriculum model to elementary education course based on the mentalpsychological characteristics of educational entrepreneurs for undergraduate students. The present study was a mixmethod research in which we developed a conceptual model and then tested it using survey data. The sampling framework of this study included all curriculum and entrepreneurship specialists working in state universities in Tehran; according to Morgan table, 182 participants including 73 entrepreneurship professionals and 109 curriculum specialists were selected. The data gathering was perormed using a selfdeveloped questionnaire while fro data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (chisquare test of homogeneity) were used. In addition, to develop the Entrepreneurship Curriculum Model (ECM), the entrepreneurial components consisting of knowledge, attitude, and skill were extracted from the literature, and also the curriculum elements including goals, content, teaching method and evaluation method were adjusted based on each component.  The finding of the study showed that all elements of the Entrepreneurship Curriculum Model (ECM) including purpose, content, teaching method and evaluation method were valid based on the experts’ viewpoints. Also, there was no significant difference between the opinions of the groups regarding the importance of these elements (p> 0.05). In order to create economic growth, innovation in various jobs, to increase happiness to enable citizens to solve longterm issues, to have mental and spiritual health, to understand opportunities and to fill gaps in the entrepreneurial aspect of the curriculum discipline, therefore, an “entrepreneurship course” according to the mentalpsychological characteristics of educational entrepreneurs as a compulsory unit in elementary education should be considered.
