اثربخشی کارورزی مبتنی برخود شرح حال نویسی بر صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان مورد مطالعه : دانشجو معلمان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان البرز

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر کارورزی مبتنی بر خود شرح حال نویسی بر صلاحیت حرفه ای دانشجومعلمان است. این تحقیق کاربردی و از جهت روش، کمی و از نوع آزمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان کارورزی پردیس دخترانه امیرکبیر کرج بود. یک نمونه 30 نفری انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. سپس در هشت هفته و در حین کارآموزی، به گروه آزمایش آموزش داده شد. هنگام اجرای آزمایش ملاحظات مربوط به روایی درونی و بیرونی طرح رعایت گردید. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.890 به دست آمد. مهارت های حرفه ای دانشجویان قبل و بعد از آزمایش مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. اثر پیش آزمون با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس کنترل گردیده و در نهایت فرضیه ی پژوهش با روش آماری آنکوا برای مقایسه میانگین های دو گروه مستقل با کنترل پیش آزمون مورد تحلیل و تفسیر  قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که دوره آموزش گروه آزمایش در ارتقای صلاحیت های حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان موثر بوده است و آموزش خود شرح حال نویسی 46 درصد از صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان را تبیین می کند (0.001=β=0.461,p). بنابراین، طبق نتایج بدست آمده می توان گفت که کارورزی مبتنی بر خود شرح حال نویسی می تواند به عنوان یک الگوی موثر در برنامه درسی کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان به کار گرفته شود و موجب ارتقای سطح شایستگی های حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان گردد.

The Effectiveness of Internship upon Autobiography on Teachers’ Professional Competences(The case of study: Farhangian University of girl teaching students of Alborz province)

The aim of present research was to survey the effects of internship based on autobiography on teachers’ professional competences of Farhangian University teacherstudents. This study was applied research with regarding to method, a quantitative and experimental approach. The statistical population were all the internship students in Amir Kabir girl campus in Karaj. 30 students were selected through the random sampling method and then divided randomly into two experimental and control groups. Then, the experimental group educated for eight weeks during their internship; while conducting the experiment, the design’s internal and external validations were considered. In addition, the research tool was a researcher made questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire reliability was 0.89, too. Professional skills of the students were assessed before and after experiment. The effect of pretest was controlled by using covariance analysis method. Hence, the research hypothesizes were analyzed and interpreted by Ankwa statistical methods for comparing the means of two independent groups with pretest controlling. After data analysis, the results showed that the experimental group education was effective on enhancing teacherstudents’ professional competences and autobiography education revealed 46 percent of teacherstudents’ professional competences (β=0.461, P=0.001). Therefore, it can be said that internship based on autobiography, according to the findings, can be applied in Farhangian University curriculum internship as an effective pattern and causes the enhancement of teacherstudents professional competence level.
