بررسی میزان آگاهی و مهارت کارورزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز در خصوص دوره‌ی پیشرفته مراقبت از بیمار ترومایی قبل و بعد از برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی در سال 97-1396

با توجه به اهمیت برخورد و رویکرد صحیح به بیماران آسیب دیده در تروما و تاثیر برخورد صحیح در وضعیت این بیماران، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی آگاهی و مهارت دانشجویان سال آخر و ماقبل آخر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز انجام شد. این مطالعه روی پنجاه نفر از کارورزان بخش طب حاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز که توسط آموزش دانشکده پزشکی به بخش طب حاد دانشگاه معرفی شده بودند، انجام شد. این مطالعه به صورت مداخله ای قبل و بعد انجام شد تا آگاهی و مهارت دانشجویان را در برخورد با بیمار ترومایی بسنجد. نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان پس از شرکت در دوره عملکرد بهتری (p<0.001) در همه زمینه ها نشان دادند. میانگین نمرات شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه پیش از آموزش های لازم، در بخش آگاهی 2.17±10.88 بود که بعد از برگزاری کارگاه به 2.18±12.58رسید که تفاوت معنی دار بود (p<0.001). در بخش مهارت میانگین نمرات در شروع مطالعه 2.66±11.40 بود که بعد از مطالعه به 1.77±16.60رسید که به لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی داری بود (p<0.001). بیشترین پیشرفت در کسب مهارت دیده شد. آگاهی و مهارت دانشجویان سال آخر و سال ماقبل آخر پزشکی در برخورد صحیح با بیمار آسیب دیده در تروما مناسب نبود و این مشکل آموزشی می بایست با گنجاندن برنامه های آموزشی همچون کارگاه انجام شده در مطالعه ی حاضر رفع شود.

Assessing Knowledge and Skill Level of Medical Practitioners at Ahwaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences regarding to Advanced Course of TraumaPatient Care before and after Workshop in 139697

Due to the importance of proper treatment and approach to patients suffering from Trauma and the effects of proper treatment on the condition of these patients, this study was conducted to evaluate the awareness and skills of final year and prefinal students of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. This study was performed on fifty interns of the Acute Medicine Department of Ahwaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, who were introduced to Acute Medicine Department of University by the Educional department of Medicine School. This study was performed as pre and post intervention to assess students’ awareness and skills in dealing with Trauma patient. After analysis data, the results indicated that students showed better performance (P <0.001) in all areas after participating in the course. The mean score of the participants in the study before the required training was 2.17 ± 10.88 in the awareness section, which reached 2.18 ± 12.58 after the workshop that there was a significant difference (P <0.001), indeed. In particular, in the skill section, the mean score at the beginning of the study was 2.406 ± 11.40 which after training reached 1.607 ± 16.60; in fact, it was statistically significant (P <0.001). Moreover, the most progress was made in acquiring skills. On the other hand, the knowledge and skills of finalyear and prefinalyear medical students in dealing with the traumatized patient were not appropriate, therefore, this educational problem should be solved by applying required educational programs such as the workshop in the present study.
