آموزش طرح تحول نظام سلامت در دولت یازدهم به پزشکان، پرستاران و مردم

در سال های گذشته نظام سلامت کشور با مشکلات گوناگون همراه بوده است که سبب بروز نارضایتی مردم و بخش های مختلف نظام سلامت شده  بود . پس از روی کار آمدن  دولت یازدهم ، وزارت بهداشت ،درمان و آموزش پزشکی ،طرح تحول نظام سلامت را تدوین نمود. این طرح که به دنبال محافظت مالی مردم در قبال هزینه های سلامت ،ارتقای کیفیت و افزایش دسترسی به خدمات درمانی است ، از 15 اردیبهشت سال 1393 در بیمارستان های دولتی سراسر کشور به اجرا در آمده است .پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی – مقطعی یا استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه می باشد. حامعه آماری  شامل ذینفعان طرح تحول نظام سلامت (پزشکان، مردم، پرستاران) می باشند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده ها در  نرم‌افزار spss نشان داد که میزان مناسب بودن سنجش آگاهی پزشکان از طرح تحول نظام سلامت در ایران در رتبه اول با میانگین رتبه‌ای 2.98  قرار داشت. همچنین میزان مناسب بودن عملکرد سازمان‌های بیمه سلامت در همکاری بین بخشی با وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی در اجرای اثر بخش طرح تحول نظام سلامت در رتبه چهلم با میانگین رتبه‌ای 1.50 ا قرار داشت.در واقع میزان مناسب بودن عملکرد سازمان‌های بیمه سلامت در همکاری بین بخشی با وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی در اجرای اثر بخش طرح تحول نظام سلامت کمترین اهمیت را داشته است.

Education of Health System Evolution Plan to Doctors, Nurses, and People during the Eleventh Goverment

In recent years, the health system of the country has been accompanied by various problems that caused dissatisfaction among the people and the various sectors of the health system. After the eleventh government emerged, the Ministry of Health and Medical Education developed a Health System Evolution Plan. The plan, which seeks to protect peoples’ financial against health costs, improving quality and access to health care, it was implemented in govermental hospitals across the country in April 2014. The current research was applied in terms of descriptivecrosssectional method and using the questionnaire tool. Hence, the statistical population included citizen stakeholders in the development of the health system (doctors, people, and nurses). Based on the results of the data analysis in SPSS software, study showed that the appropriateness of assessing the Iranian physicians’ knowledge of the Health System Evolution Plan was in the first rank with the average score of 2.98.  Moreover, the performance adequacy of the health insurance organizations in intergovernmental cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in the implementation of the effectiveness of the Health System Evolution Plan was at 40th rank with an average of 1.50 points. In fact, it was indicatd that appropriatness of health insurance  organizations’ performances in Interdepartmental collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Medical Education was  considered as less importance for the implementation of the Health System Evolution Plan .
