ارزیابی درونی عملکرد گروه آموزشی رادیولوژی دانشکده ی علوم پزشکی بهبهان طی سال های 1391-1387

آموزش عالی هر کشوری یکی از عوامل موثر در تحقق سیاست های توسعه ی اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن به شمار می رود. تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص و کارآزموده به عنوان اساس توسعه ی همه جانبه ی کشورها، تولید دانش، دانش پژوهشی و عرضه خدمات تخصصی، توسط دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی انجام می گیرد. این رسالت در صورتی به نحو مطلوب به انجام می رسد که به کیفیت علمی (آموزشی و پژوهشی) آموزش عالی توجه شود. این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی درونی وضعیت و عملکرد گروه آموزشی رادیولوژی طی سال های 1387 تا 1391 در سه گروه دانشجویان، دانش‌آموختگان و اعضای هیات علمی، در دانشکده ی علوم پزشکی بهبهان به صورت سرشماری (بدون اخذ نمونه) از تمام جامعه ی تحقیق انجام شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش ترکیبی از ابزارهای کمی و کیفی بوده و شامل پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته، مصاحبه، مشاهده، چک لیست و اسناد و مدارک می باشند. نتایج نشان دادند اعضای هیات علمی نسبت به دانش آموختگان و دانش آموختگان نسبت به دانشجویان، عملکرد گروه تخصصی را مطلوب تر ارزیابی می کنند. همچنین کمبودهای این گروه آموزشی، در سه حیطه ی امکانات آموزشی، نیروی انسانی و فضای فیزیکی دیده می شود.

Internal Evaluation of Performance in Radiology Department at Behbahan Faculty of Medical Sciences in 20082011

Higher education of any country is one of the factors influencing the development of its economic, social, and cultural policies.Experienced and trained human resources training provided by universities and higher education institutes is the basis for all comprehensive development of countries, knowledge production, research knowledge, and the provision of specialized services.This mission achieves if the quality of scientific education(educational and research) is to be considered.This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the inner status and performance ofRadiology Department during 20082011 in three groups including students, graduates, and faculty members at Behbahan Faculty of Medical Sciences in a census way (without sampling) from the entire research population.The research instruments were consisted of a combination of quantitative and qualitative tools; a researchermade questionnaire, interview, observation, checklist and documents.The results indicated that the performance of the expert group was evaluatedmore favorably by the faculty members than the graduates and the university students, respectively.The deficiencies of this training group were also observedwithinthree areas of educational equipment, human resources and physical space.
