تغییرات نگرشی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی پیرامون شیوه های انجام وظایف آموزشی از نگاه مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال تحصیلی 95-94

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تغییرات نگرشی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی پیرامون شیوه های انجام وظایف آموزشی خویش بوده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور می باشد، که تعداد 86 نفر از آنان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار spss صورت گرفت. همچنین برای تحلیل فرضیه ها از آزمون t testتک گروهی، استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بین میزان باور معلمان نسبت به شیوه های انجام وظایف آموزشی خویش با میانگین نظری جامعه، در زمینه های طراحی آموزشی عینی، روش های فعال تدریس و ارزشیابی توصیفی در سطح 0.01 تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از این است که تغییرات نگرشی معلمان در طراحی آموزشی، روش های تدریس و ارزشیابی عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان، مفید و رو به رشد بوده است.

A Study of Teachers’ Attitudinal Changes in Elementary School toward Educational Responsibilities in 20142015 from the Viewpoints of Instructors in Farhangian University

The present research, conducted in a descriptivesurvey framework, aimed to examine the changes in attitudes of teachers in primary school towards the educational responsibilities. The population included all instructors in Farhangian University, among whom a total number of 86 applicants were randomly selected. The data were gathered through a researchermade questionnaire and analyzed using onesample ttest. Results showed that there existed a significant relationship between teachers’ attitudes towards their educational responsibilities and those of theoretical mean for concrete instructional design, uptodate teaching methods and descriptive evaluation (p=0.01). Findings, in addition, showed that attitudinal changes in teachers could enhance the quality of teaching in elementary schools provided that the educational management is satisfactorily accompanied.
