تحلیل وضعیت شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر اساس مدل swot

مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل وضعیت شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با تاکید بر مدل swot انجام شده است. این پژوهش کیفی بوده و با استفاده از طراحی پرسشنامه دلفی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه کارشناسان علوم ارتباطات و کارشناسان نظم و امنیت بوده که 20 نفر به‌صورت هدفمند، به‌عنوان نمونه، جهت توزیع پرسشنامه دلفی انتخاب شدند، سپس پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شده و شاخص‌های محیط بیرونی شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی (تهدیدها و فرصت‌ها) و محیط داخلی (نقاط ضعف و قوت) با استفاده از تکنیک swot مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد: تهدیدات شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی از بعد عوامل خارجی بیشتر در حوزه‌های امنیتی و بین‌المللی و از بعد عوامل داخلی، شامل نقاط ضعف و قوت کاربران و سازمان‌ها در حوزه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی و امنیتی است. در مرحله‌ پیشگیری از تهدیدات شبکه‌های اجتماعی، راهبرد انتخابی باید حالت تهاجمی داشته باشد، همچنین بهتر است در مرحله تعاملی راهبرد تدافعی اتخاذ گردد. در مرحله بهبود وضعیت، باید کاربران و سازمان‌های مدنی از قوت‌ها استفاده کرده و تهدیدات را مرتفع سازند.

Analysis of the Virtual Social Networks (Based on SWOT)

This article's goal is analysis the status of virtual social networks with focus on swot. This qualitative study was conducted using the Delphi questionnaire. The study's statistical society is consisted of all scientists and communications experts, 20 people the sample to distribute Delphi questionnaire. The questionnaire and factors of outside (threats or opportunities) and inside (weakness strenghts) social networks and environment Internal are analyzed by swot. the study shows that virtual social networking threats from the external factors in the field of international security and the internal factors, including the strengths and weaknesses users and organizations in the field of cultural, social and qualitative security show: stage prevention of social networking threats, selective approach should be aggressive, because strengths and opportunities is provided in this case, users and authorities should opportunities and their strengths in a their growth, it is an interactive process, strategy defensive weaknesses (the authorities and users) and threats through social networks, the improvement stage, users and civil society organizations have strengths use and resolve threats.
