مطالعه و تبیین مولفه های سبک زندگی شهید رئیسی از منظر آیت الله خامنه ای

شهید رئیسی با اتکا به ویژگی های فردی، مهارت های بالای اجتماعی و مدیریت جهادی خود توانست با نفوذ اجتماعی بین آحاد مردم نقش آفرینی ویژه و منحصربفرد در تاریخ روسای جمهور کشور داشته باشد. این شهید با الهام از امامین انقلاب اسلامی، خوانشی جدید در نظام حکمرانی و عرصه مدیریت جهادی پی ریزی نمود. هدف اصلی پژوهش واکاوی مولفه هایی از سبک زندگی شهید رئیسی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری است. تحقیق کیفی حاضر با روش تحلیل مضمون با تمرکز بر بررسی سبک و سیره شهید رئیسی به عنوان یکی از مسئولان جهادی تمدن ساز موفق و شناخته شده از منظر مقام معظم رهبری می باشد. سخنرانی‌های معظم‌له در این زمینه بررسی شد که محقق به 49 مضمون پایه، 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 5 مضمون فراگیر (ساحت فردی، ساحت سیاسی، ساحت اجتماعی، ساحت اعتقادی و ساحت مدیریتی) دست یافت. یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر آن است با توجه به تاکیدات مقام معظم رهبری باید به شاخص های سبک زندگی شهید رئیسی توجه نمود و از آنها به منظور تحول در نظام حکمرانی کشور برای بهبود مدیریت و عملکرد مطلوب در سطح کشور بهره مند شد.

studying and explaining the components of martyr raisi’s lifestyle from the perspective of ayatollah khamenei

abstract: relying on his personal characteristics, high social skills, and jihadi management, martyr raisi was able to play a special and unique role in the history of the country’s presidents with his social influence among the people. inspired by the imams of the islamic revolution, this martyr established a new reading in the governance system and the field of jihadi management. the main goal of the research is to explore components of martyr raisi’s lifestyle from the perspective of the supreme leader. the present qualitative research, using the content analysis method, focuses on examining the style and character of martyr raisi as one of the successful and well-known civilization-building jihadi officials from the perspective of the supreme leader. his speeches were examined in this context, and the researcher reached 49 basic themes, 5 organizing themes, and 5 comprehensive themes (personal sphere, political sphere, social sphere, ideological sphere, and managerial sphere). the findings of the research indicate that, according to the supreme leader’s emphasis, it is necessary to pay attention to the indicators of shahid raisi’s lifestyle and benefit from them in order to transform the country’s governance system and improve management and desired performance at the national level.
