طراحی الگوی تعامل اثربخش خانواده و مدرسه با نقش راهبردی انجمن اولیاء و مربیان در راستای بند 11 سیاستهای کلی خانواده(مورد مطالعه: شهر تهران)

هدف این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی تعامل اثربخش خانواده و مدرسه با نقش راهبردی انجمن اولیاء و مربیان با روش تحقیق آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی، با روش نمونه‌گیری نظری، 53 نفر از مدیران و والدین اعضای انجمن انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد و روش اشتراوس و کوربین با نرم‌افزار maxqda استفاده و مدل مفهومی طراحی گردید. در بخش کمی با نمونه‌گیری احتمالی، پاسخ‌های 477 نفر به پرسشنامه‌ای برخط با نرم‌افزار smart-pls  به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل و برازش مدل تایید گردید.نتایج: عواملی چون؛ نگرش و انگیزه مدیر مدرسه، اولیاء و اعضای انجمن، مسائل فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر نقش انجمن در اداره کارآمدتر و حل مشکلات مدرسه، تعدیل انتظارات خانواده‌ها از مدرسه و بهبود روابط اولیاء و مربیان موثرند. راهبرد‌هایی مانند؛ ارتباط حضوری و دعوت اولیاء به مراسم، آموزش خانواده، فرهنگسازی اهمیت انجمن و تعامل، گزارش برنامه‌ها و عملکرد مالی مدرسه به خانواده‌ها، اعتماد‌سازی، جلسات هدفمند با کارگروه‌های تخصصی و پیگیری مصوبات انجمن، تقدیر از مدیر و اعضاء انجمن موجب تحقق اهداف آموزشی و پرورشی، افزایش شناخت از دانش‌آموز و سرمایه اجتماعی اقتصادی مدرسه می‌شود؛ البته در این فرایند شرایط و عملکرد نامطلوب مدرسه، ناسازگاری و ترجیح منافع فردی اولیاء، برگزاری فرمالیته انجمن، فقدان قدرت اجرایی انجمن، سیاست دوگانه دولت در دریافت کمک مالی از اولیاء، شرایط شغلی اولیاء، مسافت خانه تا مدرسه، همکاری متقابل و دولتی یا غیردولتی بودن مدرسه، تاثیر دارند.

designing the model of effective interaction between family and school with the strategic role of parents and teachers association in line with paragraph 11 of general family policies (case study: tehran city)

the purpose of this research is to design an effective model of interaction between family and school with the strategic role of parents and teachers association with a mixed research method. by theoretical sampling, 53 managers and parents of association members were selected and interviewed. data was analyzed with maxqda software, and a conceptual model was designed. then, by selecting 477 people using the probability sampling method, their answers to the online questionnaire were analyzed with the smart-pls software. the fit of the model was confirmed using the structural equation modeling method.results: the attitude and motivation of the school principal and parents, cultural, social and economic issues are effective on the role of the association in more efficient management and solving school problems, adjusting the expectations of families from the school and improving the relationship between parents and teachers. communication and inviting parents to the ceremony, family education, important cultivating the importance of association and interaction, reporting programs and financial performance of the school to families, trust building, targeted meetings with specialized working groups, appreciation of association members, leads to the achieving the educational goals, increases the knowledge of the student and the socio-economic capital of the school. school conditions and performance, the inconsistency and the individual goals of the parents, formality association, executive power of the association, the dual policy of the government in receiving financial aid from parents, the job conditions of the parents, mutual cooperation, being private or governmental school, have an influence on this process.
